Initially I would have said these guys were fantastic. My husband had used them on our other vehicles for years, this was the first time for this truck as we had been going to the dealership. Personable and quick. They serviced my F150 eccoboost changed the oil, filter and cleaned the battery posts with inspection. My issue comes now, I dont drive often and out of no where the skid plate/heat shield detaches and dragged a bit not repairable. They didnt reattach the clips properly. Our problem not theirs. Replacement part is $420. They say too bad. A guy there says past the time limit but offers to get another for$150. Cash. Turns out its used. We wont be using them on any of our vehicles going forward. Extra expensive when you have to fix their mistakes.
