For a high end shop they have the worst service I have seen. Cannot fix cars properly, do not answer the phone when you call, do not return your calls, They need more than Mocha or coffee or Danish to improve there service. We bought a GL460 and the salesman was great, but the service shop sure let the dealership down, and I even spoke to the Manager of the dealership, and he was so high on himself and the dealership he failed to see what the problem was that they have. Seems we had a bad experience 2 years ago and complained about it and since than every time we take our vehicle in they fail to hold up to the standards they so highly praise themselves for. Although I do see many excellent comments from people on here I also see many poor comments. Many of these can be resolved with some effort instead of just saying we are sorry and wish you the best elsewhere. Its like they don,t care because there are others out there to replace them. They cannot be totally bad otherwise they would have to close there doors, but be careful you could be the one that they do not service right. I was totally disappointed because the salesman was great, and the first service was good as well. Then it went south from there. They also kept our wrench for the wheels when it was in for service when they fixed a leaky tire. Phoned to ask them about it and they could not even find the service record for it, and we needed the tire fixed again because it was still leaking and they wanted to charge us another 75.00 bucks to fix it again. We toke it to a tire shop and they fixed it for free. Thanks to our local tire shop, but was more than willing to pay for it, but they said they fixed someone elses mistake and said merry Christmas. Yesterday I got a call from another salesman from Lexus because our other retired. I mentioned to him how I felt and he said he would look into it and call me back either way. He said no really I will call you back either way. Have not heard a thing from him. We are now looking to replace the GL 460 which my wife liked but are now looking at a Mercedes. Just look at the negative feedback here before you buy and decide for yourself.

Outstanding! The Lexus staff are all very friendly and extremely professional. They open the door for you and everyone greets you the moment you walk in, providing coffee, tea, water, whatever your preference may be. They have a barista on site! What stood out to me most was when I mentionned I had been shopping around the other dealerships as well. Jeff and Alyc proceeded to inquire about the other vehicles I was interested in. Never once calling anyone down. In fact, they went to the next level by giving me coffee to go and said "we hope you think of us throughout your journey". They left a longstanding impression that I kept referring back to in my mind. I will tell you that every other dealership I went to had some negative comment to make about another brand, which didnt sit well with me. I was dealing directly with Jeff who asked me questions and was genuinely interested in who I was and what I was looking for. He was patient, not pushy in any way and did not once give me the typical "sales pitch." Although I was indecisive, he simply listened and supported in any way he could. Jeff took me through many finance and lease options and even let me take the vehicle overnight to ensure I loved the vehicle and would be happy with my purchase. He walked me through every aspect of the car, setting up my Bluetooth and even offering me his personal phone charger to use on the overnight test drive because my phone had died. I bought a Lexus IS350 because not only is it a beautifully luxurious vehicle that is fast and fun to drive. It is comfortable, has a smooth ride and I am 100% confident that my service needs will be exceeded. I am very happy with my purchase and know that Jeff and the team at Lexus provide best in class customer service. If you have not yet thought about Lexus as your next vehicle. You should.

I was looking for new Lexus RX 350 for myself and me and my husband came to Lexus of Calgary on Aug 14, 2014 around 5:30 pm. We are business owner . We wore casual clothers at that time that mean maybe not fit for LEXUS.We came in the dealership one gentleman saw us but truned his face away and we walked around seem no one noticed us. They did not have any customer by the time we were there.Until we were on the way out almost reached to the door and an other gentleman came to us and asked us if we need any help. Oh, thanks GOD at least we were visible in the Lexus of Calgary Dealership. Thanks for SHIRAZ DAWOOD, the one noticed us.With all that experience do you think you want to buy something there? No way. We were looking on other dealership Lexus in CALGARY, EDMONTON for the one we liked. And finally we found the deal in Lexus of Edmonton in their website. We bought 2015 RX 350 on internet with good price with no hassle. They holded $5000 deposit on my credit card. They did not expect us to buy until we see it in person. We took a trip to Edmonton to see the car on Saturday Agust 23, 2014. Every thing was perfect as we expected. We paid cash for car seem they were happy. They treated us good as the same with a lot customers on that day. We are very happy to find the car we wanted. So bad, Lexus of Calgary treated people by their clothers,their look and they truned away real customers and they will not have their business. Beware if you want to buy something there you have to wear fancy or luxury thing they will treat you better ( they think you are rich) not go there straight from work. Thats my experience. Not recommend this dealership.

This was my first experience with Lexus, choosing to take my business to Lexus of Calgary. I test drove a Lexus IS250 with one of the young salesman (whom I choose not to name). The car handled wonderfully and I was keen on making a deal. When it came time to negotiate the price of the car, I indicated what I was looking for in terms of payments. As many are aware, there is always negotiating involved when purchasing a new vehicle. The negotiating with the salesman lasted no longer than 10 minutes. After a quick back and forth with his sales manager, the salesman came back to me, shook my hand and said that the deal was not going to happen. Many new makes of vehicles have made their way to the market and there are plenty of choices for the consumer. Perhaps newer salesman should be formally trained in dealing with clients at a professional level. Soured by the experience with Lexus of Calgary, I was more than happy to take my business to another Lexus dealership in Calgary, where the salesman was more than willing to try and negotiate the best deal for me, starting with the same terms I had proposed at Lexus of Calgary. The experience at that dealership was a 180 from the experience at Lexus of Calgary. Clearly others have had much better experiences with Lexus of Calgary, however based on my personal experience, I would not re-visit or recommend this dealership.
