1.) After they fixed a hole I didnt want to try myself, it still leaked. I took it back and it still leaked but more slowly. Much later I took it to another repair shop and found they had put a patch over the edge of the old patch. Not professional. 2.) I brought in a tractor tire. They had four guys unload it, youd think it was an ore truck tire. Lots of grunting and moaning. A lot more than when I loaded it by hand myself but I was 60 and did it smart. 3.) I brought another flat tire and wanted to wait for it. The guy was out for coffee. So I asked when it would be done. They said within 45 minutes. I came back an hour later and they hadnt started it but were working on some other guys tires. I asked why and he said because mine was a drop off. I mentioned they wouldnt get another chance and they havent.

Couldnt be happier that I dealt with this Local shop. Very impressed with this location, their service and the staff. I had to replace my tires urgently on a Saturday morning as the tires on my work truck picked up nails at a job site. Although they were already busy/booked they were able to work me in and replace my tires in no time at all. After some investigation Ken recommended a couple options with a number of Brands. The owner ( Ken ) took the time to answer my questions, and selected the best tire package for us. He was very friendly and laid-back. he gave me a great price and also checked out the Brakes and exhaust, really pleasure to work with, I will definitely refer my friends in the future. I would highly recommend the store to anyone.

May 2017 - Terrible mechanics even with new ownership! I took my wifes minivan here after a huge oil leak occurred. At first they said it was a simple fix - $50.00 maximum. They next day they said they had to order a $225 part to fix it plus another $200+ in labour. Took the vehicle home and it was still leaking oil. They said it was probably still just dripping from the undercarriage. Two weeks later its still leaking, they took it back in and tried to fix it again. Brought it home STILL leaking! Incompetent mechanics did not have the proper tools to fix the problem and rather than admitting so, they kept giving us back a leaking vehicle. Had to spend another $250 to get problem fixed at another mechanics!

Poor customer service, I asked them to get rid of a damaged tire for me(hole in the tread, damaged inner side wall due to rim grinding on it) and they ended up puttin it on my car. When I confronted them about this, the owner got angry and started being very rude to me. I would most definitely stay away from this shop and go to a reputable dealer. Its worth the extra cash.

Had a very frustrating experience today. I checked to see there hours of operation. When I arrived at 5:35pm the owner drove away from the business. Not to even stop and say sorry I closed early. Can you return tomorrow? So when it says 6pm for closing thats the time you should operate your business. Now costco at Easthills has our business.
