I was looking for used tires for weeks in Calgary and Kal Tire Im Crossfield happened to have what I was looking for. The gentleman on the phone offered to text me a picture of the tires (I dont think Ive ever received a picture of used tires before booking an appointment before!) and quoted me a lower price than he did on the phone due to their condition. I ended up finding some tires in Calgary, but I had to share my experience with Kal Tire in Crossfield because it was so courteous and timely. When I texted back that I was going to go somewhere else for my tires, I received a friendly response thanking me for the text back and well wishes that I found good tires. I think that a company whose people are courteous and concerned for reliability and price even if you dont end up buying from them says a lot about their values. I will definitely call Kal Tire in Crossfield again in the future for a quote!

Going in this place was a complete waste of time. All I wanted was my tires retorqued as I put my winter tires on in my garage but dont own a torque wrench. I worked at several tire shop over the last ten years and I understand that it can be busy but it was always courteous to retorque tire regardless of how or where they were put on. The whole deal seemed ridiculous to me and the man was quite rude and condescending during the whole conversation. Ive dealt with several kal tires in the past and have never had a good experience. In conclusion I hope more people realize that locally owned businesses are better than large corporations like this in every way.

I wanted to pass on the great experience I had with Kal Tire in Crossfield AB. Several weeks ago our Subaru had a flat tire just outside Crossfield and when AMA arrived to change the tire we discovered we did not have wheel lock key to remove the lug nuts. The AMA driver said it was impossible for him to change the tire if he did not have the wheel lock key. I called Kal Tire in Crossfield and Don Huber, the manager told me to have AMA tow my car to his shop and he would be able to help me. Within the hour my tire had been changed, the nail removed, the tire repaired and I was on my way. Fantastic service and Don is a great ambassador for Kal Tire.

I use Kal tire for the majority of my automotive repairs and tire purchases and crossfield always provides excellent service and go out of there way to be helpful and friendly I have purchased 4 sets of tires from them over the past couple years for different vehicals and they are very competitive and stand behind the products they sell. Would recommend them to anyone if they need tires or automotive service work!

Always treated right at this Kal Tire. Great friendly service! Needed some new tires for my wifes vehicle before the winter... The manager Mike was amazing and really walked us through the process, and helped us pick out the right tires. We left feeling really taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great auto service or tires to make the drive to Kal Tire in Crossfield!

Service was awesome. I had a flat that was on warranty and they said it would be fixed in two days but he said he could try to fix it that day. He gave me a call that night and said it was fixed. Then when I came in next morning he remembered me and dealt with me instantly and even put the tire on for me.
