As the services are excellent I have one BIG BEEF. First of all, I am visually impaired and am giving up my drivers license at the expiry date of my drivers license within the next 10 month. Dont get me wrong, I can still drive circles around most drivers, especially here in Calgary! It is for safety reasons and age (75) all together. This carwash has a change machine installed that, all of a sudden, spits out TOKENS instead of real change. I PROTEST! If I want to wash my little VW Golf it only takes $3/4 and I am left with one or two "tokens" that are worthless to me anywhere else and probably get lost over time where I cannot find them again. This is an outrage and this "establishment" will never see me again! I had a huge run-in with one staff member who does not have a clue how to handle irate customers and just exasperated the issue. If management is so cheap to hire foreign help with no idea of customer service, that gives me another reason not to frequent this establishment ever again! He didnt like what I did to "his Morning"!? I also do not conform to "Social Etiquette" or "Political Correctness" (Idiots in my language), if that should be a question!

Just awful. I was washing my car before a meeting and their hose started spewing soap all over me and covered my sleeve and pants before I could get out of the way. Their hose had a leak at the top and the soap ran down the sleeves of my shirt and jacket, it was an incredible mess. I had to cancel the meeting, potentially costing me a lot of business and when I told them about the problem they said "sorry" and that was all. It felt like they were laughing at me for falling for a late april fools prank and I was certainly not a happy customer. Great place to go if you like being abused by malfunctioning equipment and people.

worst car wash ever!! timers change from bay to bay. houses allways leak or drip on u! had one of the houses break and start spraying all over me. The coin machines eat change and they dont do anything about it other then Un jam it so u have to put more money and accept the loss of whatever u just put in it. I had one of the drain greats fall out under my feet and i fell into the drain. I was told I would get a free wash the next time I went. so when I went back I got a rude response from the owner and was told he didnt remember me... it is not worth your time or effort

Dropped off car for detailing, decided to do two cars in front of ours without telling us leaving us without vehicle for much longer than anticipated. The car was supposed to take 2 hours, they had it for 5. Then they tried to charge us extra money on top of the quote because they chose to spend more time on the vehicle. Clear that they will try to take advantage of customers if you let them.

Nothing works here and the operator dont seems to care.It is so frustrating,to loose money and there is no body to help,no phone number,nothing.Half the options dont work.I will recommend go some where else and save yourself time and money

Hoses leaks.most of the options dont work at all.timers are different from bay to bay.brushes are not soft.
