Would not stop calling me!! Wish I could give you ZERO STARS!! Okay, it took a considerable amount of time and patience before I decided to write a review for these guys at House of Cars. I called them once, ONCE, last year in June to ask about current deals and I then called back three days later to let them know that they can close my file - to which the representative thanked me for letting them know and said that she had now closed my file. Since then, they have absolutely driven me through the roof with the insistent calls and thats every freaking week without fail even after my requesting them every time to take me off the calling list because I had bought a new vehicle already! To the people at House of Cars, especially, Jennifer, do you not listen to anything your client says on the phone!? I told you more than a dozen times, no exaggeration, to take me off the calling list since I bought a new vehicle last year and Im not in the market for another vehicle. I was polite and courteous every single time while talking to you. But there you go again calling me persistently week after week. Then there is Reilly, this representative emailed me on Feb 23rd, 2016 asking me if I was looking for a new vehicle and I, very professionally and politely, emailed back and requested to be taken of the list and that my file should be closed because I was no longer in the market for a new vehicle. I can provide proof if you need to see. These guys at House of Cars are either extremely terrible at communicating in written and spoken language or they are just bloody ignorant in expecting a different response from me the next time they called. Either way, if and ever Im in the market for a used or new vehicle in the future I would go pay someone an extra $5-10K before I even remotely think of going to you just based on principle! Consider this my final request before Im forced to seek legal assistance. For the very last time, I AM NOT IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW VEHICLE. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. Thank you for your cooperation. ok everyone out there HERE IS THE BEST STORRY ANYONE CAN TELL I WENT ONLINE TO BUY MY SELF A DODGE RAM TRUCK AND FOUND A COMPANY CALLED HOUSE OF CARS. I EXPLANED MY SITUATION TO THESE PEOPLE AND TOLD THEM I WENT TO ALOT OF OTHER COMPANYS AND THEY SAID WE CANT HELP YOU SO WITH HOUSE OF CARS A MR AJ SAID WE CAN AND WILL BE MORE THAT HAPPY TO PUT YOU INTO THE TRUCK YOU WANT. AND THEY ALSO SET IT UP WITH THE BANK THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENTS FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS. ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH THE RESPECT THEY WILL PUT YOU IN YOUR VARY NEXT CAR TRUCK VAN WHAT EVER YOU WANT. Honestly with andrew and AJ mastromartino working there who I previously dealt with I would of given you guys 5 stars but I didnt see them there the last couple times I went in so sadly without them I give this 1 star my husband went in recently to find a car and dealt with a very nice man dan who I would give 5 stars but a man named darian king I believe was his name ..who seems to now be running the place stepped in and took over for dan and pushed and pushed my husband to buy something that day. He pushed him in the most ridiculous annoying ways that he came home and was in the worst mood that guy totally ruined the experience for us saying to my husband " what can I do to make you buy today common what can I do to convince you " and " why do you need to talk to your wife about it first" blah blah blah just pushed to try to force him to buy something that day he was so frustrated.. pushing someone to the point of pissing them off isnt how to be a good sales person. Sorry

I had a great experience with House Of Cars in the past. If it wasn’t for them, I likely wouldn’t be in the position I’m in today. I can’t remember the name of buddy who I dealt with back in the day (it was close to two years ago when I got my car off them) but I remember it was at the dealership off Macleod Trail. I had pretty terrible credit due to some not-so-great choices back when I was about 19 so he advised me to jump on their credit rebuilding program. It took some time (not 8 months like some people in these reviews seem to expect it takes to repair) but I’ll tell you, if I didn’t do that at the time I likely would still be in the same position... I just upgraded to a ’14 Ram Sport a few months back which would have been considered a DREAM to own two years ago. Anyways, I figured I would write this review after passing by the dealership today. Huge thanks to House Of Cars for helping me out during that time.

I’ll be honest…I have absolutely horrible credit. Like, horrible credit. I’ve avoided even attempting to buy a new vehicle over the last few years because of it (obviously over the fear of being declined) but I was referred by a friend to go see Darian at the macleod location so I took a shot at it… SO glad I took her advice!! Darian was super nice and actually TAUGHT me and SHOWED me how to rebuild my credit through financing. I had to get my dad to cosign (due to my credit) but at least I’m actually working towards something now… Anyways. If it wasn’t for him, I would not have my car so big thanks to him and the team there at Macleod trail location for helping me out with this! If you need help with rebuilding credit, I would recommend going to this dealership!

I received a call from a different dealer before I got a call from House of Cars. I explained to them my situation and that it wasnt reasonable to purchase a vehicle at the moment. They left it at that. A week later I spoke to Jesse over at House of Cars. Not only did he outline a plan to make it completely feasible for me to get a vehicle right away, he also facilitated getting me set up on the road from start to finish as I was a new driver and needed insurance and registration and everything else. The guys over at House of cars are awesome! I had my vehicle the same day I walked in the door. The exact one I wanted. I took a train to the dealership I drove a Jeep Wrangler home. You want a car you go to this dealership youll be happy you did. Thanks Jesse!
