Was overall, a pretty good experience! I got my first car from this location, which was a 2012 Dodge Avenger. We dealt with sales-person Joseph, who was friendly, and kind. There was an instance with a price discrepancy that wasnt made clear to us which did cause some negative tension, however, it was properly sorted out, and they handled it very well, and professionally with their finance department. Overall, the car runs well. We did have to take it back about twice since we got it, for their mechanics to fix some issues that we werent aware that the car had. This was including a faulty air-conditioning system, a loud thumping noise in the front dash, and then the brakes were making some terrible noises when used at low-speeds. The mechanics team were absolutely wonderful with helping with all of those issues. Our biggest problem was just the fact that we felt that we werent being told the whole story of the car, and its previous history. On the cars history report, there were some red-flags involving previous collisions that we werent made aware of during the initial sales process. It just wouldve been nice to have known from the start. In the end, however, I do love the car. Im just hoping no more issues will arise with it. Thanks!

Our wonderful beast the 2006 Chevy Equinox was getting pretty old. We needed a newer vehicle and one that was also better on gas for our family of 3 to get from "A" to "B" and our adventures in the mountains which we do in all types of weather and practically every other weekend. Our fork in the road was we still owed on our other second vehicle our 2010 Ford Fusion we thought we were going to have to wait until we paid it off. House of Cars was able to refinance our existing car loan with our new vehicle to one simple by weekly payment that was in our budget so now we have 2 reliable vehicles and only one payment. With Johnathans help we were able to buy an SUV the 2015 Ford Escape fully loaded. We were also able to trade in our Equinox which saved us the hassle of of selling it privately. We are one happy family! Thank you Jonathan for taking care of all our needs and in a timely manner. We definitely recommend Jonathan Laybolt and House of Cars!

I had some issue with my 2016 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased from house of cars, I called them and they booked me an appointment to come in the next day to figure out the situation behind the issues I was having, I was there approximately and hour roughly and the staff was concerned about me sitting in the waiting room and at least every 15 minutes one of them came to the front to check up on me and let me know about my vehicle and seen if I need anything. They are such a warming team and they made me feel a part of it. The hour that I had sat there awaiting to find out the issue of my vehicle felt like 20 min. The issue was resolved and I hadn’t had a problem with my vehicle since! Thank you so much to the team at house of cars!!

People here are great they dont just wish to sell you a car but to really help you with any kind of trouble or situation you might possibly have. Matt the general manager makes a lot of sense and knows what works... very intelligent and keeps his promises and always there when you need him. Hes one of the best that i have seen so far from many different type of car businesses and i actually work for a dealership as well, but he is one of the best out there. He have solutions and answers to everything which everyone wanted to hear, very straight to the point and understand where your coming from. Well hope to see you guys again for my next buy. Joseph was our sales guy, and we walked in with some pretty damaged credit, and he walked me through the difference of where I could be and where I am, I never knew that my credit had such an impact on my life situations tell I took the time and sat down with Joseph, He showed me the vehicle that would fit with my approval and I chose the 2013 Hyundai Accent, Not my forever car but now I have the chance to start somewhere new and help myself to get into a better situation. I walked out of House of cars feeling like a new person, and knowing that I’m getting myself into a better situation was incredible.

I BOUGHT A CAR!! I was in today and worked hand in hand with the sales rep "Jospeh" who was hilarious, NOT pushy at all (which admittedly was my biggest fear going in) and super kind. he asked my price range and everything I could afford- I found one that I was IN LOVE with and from the beginning he told me it would be hard for me to finance as it was a bit older and I wanted cheaper payments. BBBUUUT him and the owner Josh were AMAZING and almost had me in tears leaving happy!! They did MORE then I could of asked for and were so kind to me! I would suggest this location for anyone looking !! (:

I came to house of cars Airdrie When they first opened up and nobody did anything for me and I gave up on my vehicle situation completely until Chris, one of the new sales guys there randomly gave me a call and said he could help me out. Joesph the finance manager was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and Chris was one of the only guys there I trusted and was great at reassuring me that I was doing the right thing, ultimately he was the reason I ended up going through House of Cars and I recommend him to anyone who is wanting to buy from them. When it comes to financing a vehicle it is a scary moment, Everything was a smooth go and when I stepped into the Finance office to finalize everything, Michelle didn’t rush me through my paper work she took her time to go over everything that was in front of me and didn’t let me leave till I understood what I was signing oppose to letting me sign and walk out the door with 100 questions behind what I just did. The staff at Airdrie House of cars are impeccable, I would never want to deal with another dealership, They are open and honest about absolutely anything. They are not just there to take your money, they are honestly there to help you understand the situation that you are in. Everyone at the Airdrie House of Cars was so helpful. I came in with some pretty bad credit and Jonathan was able to get me into a 2016 Lancer. I knew my credit was terrible and I didnt think Id ever be able to own a new vehicle. But somehow they managed to get me approved and I could take the car home within a day. Im so grateful to everyone here for helping me out.
