Stay away from these crooks! We had our car repaired at this shop two years ago. All I can say is the nightmare continues and we are continually reminded of the poor job Horton has done. It was so disappointing that they would return a vehicle to the owner when it had been so poorly repaired. Had nobody checked their work? Screws have fallen out of the inside panel on the front bumper. Several of the screws used arent the correct ones as they dont match up with the ones used on the opposite side. Since the correct screws werent used some areas are stripped and other areas are cracked and broken. The locking mechanism couldnt have been installed correctly because just over a year later it stopped working. After several return visits and no call backs from the manager, we were finally able to meet with him. Or did we? He didnt make eye contact and dismissed all our questions by just nodding and shaking of his head. I was surprised to learn their LIFETIME GUARANTY is worth cr@p! We are still encountering problems related to their work and they are not willing to fix any issues. I would never trust this shop to do a repair ever again. What a shame for us to still see them in business.

The job they did on the exterior was very good. The "courtesy clean up" they did on the interior was a joke. First of all, I dont know why they even needed to clean the interior as no damage and no repairs were needed inside. Secondly, during this so called "courtesy clean up" they vacuumed the SUV including the dash. They vacuumed up 2 dashboard buttons and are not going to replace them. There excuse is that this happens a lot on this make and model and that if anything likes this happens during the "courtesy clean up" they company policy stating they are not responsible for fixing it. When what you do causes it to go missing you should be responsible for replacing it, plain and simple. Kevin Shangi, the manager, told me that when they vacuum they pay attention to what they are doing. Obviously not or they just dont care what kind of damage they do to your vehicle as it is covered under their "courtesy clean up" policy. What a joke of a company. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. I will also be telling my insurance company that they really need to take them off of their approved list of auto body shops.

They dont even deserve one star. By far the worst bodyshop in cowtown. They dont stand behind their defective work. They make you sign before you even see your car and then youre on your own as theyve triple-charged your insurance and dont care about you anymore. The manager is super arrogant and rude. He never explained exactly what was done on the car upon pickup(red flag), later denied the sloppy work was done at Hortons until I showed him some papers. (He said hed lost them!) I went there like 4 times and he always said hed call me back but he never did. This guy definitely has an exaggerated sense of ones own importance and would not even bother to try to keep anyone happy! Steer clear!

Horrible company to deal with! I was charged for damage to a loaner vehicle that was on the vehicle before I took it. Also, when I went to pick up my vehicle after they called to tell me it was repaired, there was still a large dent they hadnt repaired. They tried to push it off like that dent wasnt a big deal. The floor mats which get tucked in to the trim of my vehicle were also not put back in to place. They were just thrown into a pile in the back of my van. The manager is rude and ignorant ... Will definitely never go back to Horton Autobody.

These people are, quite simply, honest friendly and talented. Ive an old 93 Camry that vandals thought was garbage (NOT - has only 282,000 km little teenagers) and they restored my mirrors perfectly. Not only that, they went out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule. Im so pleased with the kindness and helpfulness I received. Its great to meet an autobody place like this in Calgary. Im from the Coast so didnt know anyone. These people are HONEST and that counts for a lot. Thanks so much!

these people are the worst of the worst ,you take your car else where because theses people do not care a bout your car they care about keeping the insurance company happy ,there for they will not do so many thing on your car they say it happened before accident to avoid extra charges for insurance company ,I do not recommend these ugly people at Horton auto body

Had made an appointment for the repairs on my vehicle - meanwhile broke my leg - they picked up the vehicle and returned it after the repairs. The work was great and the wash, both inside and out was a very pleasant surprise. All of the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would refer them to everyone I know. Great service! They did an amazing job fixing my Jeep up after it had extensive damage. Scott who did the work went above and beyond to make it look brand new again, and everyone I dealt with there was helpful, professional and very nice to interact with. I would recomend them to anyone who needs body work.

Unprofessional and incompetent. Took my car in a year and a half ago to have some work done. Had to take my car back twice to get things fixed that Horton missed and now the work they did is failing apart. I now need to fix the work they did. Stay away.

I have had work done here a number of times (no I am not that bad of a driver) it has been great service and they have the nicest dog named Jade that meets you at the door. I would recommend anyone to have their car fixed here.
