We absolutely love our new vehicle, and the experience that we had with Heritage Honda could not have been better. Our salesman Quenton was extremely friendly, very knowledgable, and he helped us through the process with no pressure involved. Bishoi - the sales manger, and Dustin - the business manager, were very accommodating and they made for a transaction that was not only smooth, but very comfortable. I decided to give the new Heritage Honda dealership a try when my Honda Civic was due for maintenance. I can happily report that the experience was great from start to finish. I was promptly met in the drive-thru service bay by friendly faces first thing in the morning and waited a short time in their café area while my car was serviced. They even have a theatre complete with the latest releases to Blue Ray/DVD if you have a longer wait time. I will be using this dealership every time going forward. Great customer service in a beautiful, new, state of the art dealership. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work!

What an awesome experience we had! Sherif Wahby was our salesman and was extremely knowledgeable and never pressured us to make a decision! Bishoi was very professional and made us a fair deal especially when trading in our vehicle. We dealt with both Vicki and Dusten in the finance dept and were fantastic as well, always returned calls and emails. We love our 2017 Pilot and cant wait for 4 years to upgrade our lease to the next great Honda product. I recommend this dealership, when shopping around we experienced many other dealerships that were your stereotypical car salesman and would never recommend them!

Samantha and Bonnie made a great team and I had a really positive experience for a first time buyer. They gave me all of the information I could ask for and I never felt like they were hiding anything from me. Definitely not a "user car salesman" type of dealership. If youre the skeptical type when it comes to car dealerships I recommend going here and asking a lot of questions. There is no pressure to buy and they definitely fit the description of being a transparent dealership.
