I was washing my car this afternoon. There was only myself and one other person in the bays (approx 8 bays), so was not busy. Because it was -10 this afternoon, I was wiping down my car so that the windows and doors dont freeze. The middleage man operating the car wash, ordered me out of the carwash saying that there was someone waiting to come in an he had to let him in to another bay. Aside from the fact, that there was no one waiting ( i always keep an eye on this and would move immediately if someone was waiting), he opens the door to the bay and orders me out. There are friendlier and cleaner car washes in this vicinity, so I would advise anyone that this place is not worth the effort or hastle. My husband and I wash our cars 3 times a week usually in the evening or weekends and i can assure you neither one of us will be giving this car wash our business and I will instruct all my friends likewise.

Started my truck then went to open the bay door immediately. An employee pokes his head around the corner asking if my truck was running, I said yes. Then he proceeds to scold me saying the fire department would shut him down. I reply saying that I was leaving. Your really going to talk to customers like that? You cant give people a minute to exit? I wiped down my truck outside since it wasnt busy but employees kept "checking in" on the bays.

OK I GIVE UP The last straw for me is the new credit card machines that arent even chip secured and are totally unreliable. Can we say skimming fraud news story waiting to happen??? When i tried to ask for help at the office, some scruffy kid with dreadlocks had it locked and looked like he was sleeping. He finally opened the door and gave me a long pompous lecture implying must not know how to use my own credit card!

2nd visit there and soap did not work and raising shut off wit 30 seconds left. Went to the office and the so called helper busted laughed and told me thats the warning that you need to put more money in. I told him never heard of that before. Its to bad because its close to work. The owners should consider who they hire.

its a good carwash. prices of their products in the store are decently priced. only thing i dont like is that theyre changing how much time your money gets you. and also that it only starts on two dollars. but theyre friendly enough to help out. better than going to the philipino one down the street

Never again would I come here. Being ordered out of my bay simply because there was someone behind me made me extremely irritated. She said "cant you do that outside" as Im vacuuming and putting items back in my car. Apparently my money wasnt as good as the person behind me. Never ever again.

Horrible ! The visa/MasterCard machines never work ! I spend 15 minutes and went to two different bays trying to get the machines to work , I used 2 different cards and nope ! " communication error " ! Waste of time !

Visiting from out of town for Mustang Meet. Did a google search and decided to try this wash based on reviews. It did not disappoint. Very clean, good soap, good pressure, reasonable price. Would recommend!

Thought I would give them another chance. Attendant was an a__hole and was really rude. No hot water for the soap part. Never going back... If that guy was the owner then yes carwash will fail.

Tests the job done. The timer on the stalls could be a little longer. Disappointing that you have to start with a Toonie and cant start the wash with a Loonie.

Great car wash! There is often a line up, but it ALWAYS moves very quickly. The location and price make this one of the best car washes in the city.

Good self serving car wash that is inexpensive and easy to use. This is usually a fairly busy location on hot days with a 5-10minute wait on occasion.
