So i took in my 10 year old vehicle to have the breaks looked at. They looked at it first, and then broke the news to me. They were forward and honest. The work was done quickly and on time, with great communication through out. They ran into some hiccups with parts and such but were always forth coming and kept the communication open. I cant say how good I felt about this transaction with a mechanic. I would take any of my vehicles here and recommend Hatt to anyone as well.
