AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! We had a claim for a hit and run that left us with a mechanical issue on one of the tires. Hallmark "found" alot of stuff to replace on the body of our vehicle and did not fix the original issue. Although they said they could. After they took twice as long as they said they would we had to take the car back in for some bad work... not done. Then when they brought it out again there was still a wobble in our tire!!! NOT FIXED. They swore they would be able to help us fix it somewhere else but instead they created a big mess between us, our adjuster and our mechanical shop whom we had been using problem free for years. In the end we had to pay out of pocket to fix what the car originally went in for!!! This place is a MESS!! dont stop here just keep driving and save yourself!

Had a whole bunch of damage to the front end of my car. Took almost 4 weeks to repair, however the staff, Bonnie in particular, was very nice and courteous each time I called. Car drives wonderfully and even fixed a couple little things. But the icing on the cake, they cleaned my car! The whole thing! I was shocked! Very pleased with this auto-body shop. Would recommend!

Good Body Shop! I Have dealt with Hallmark Auto Body on a few different occasions , and have always been satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles. I have found the Staff friendly and helpfull, and have also Met the owners who were good to us as well. This shop has been successfull in Calgary for around 45 years, so I would say they are doing things right!

Over the years Hallmark has done all of my required body work. They always do a great job and stand behind their work. There is truly that personal touch we can only get from local independent business. As a former small business owner I appreciate receiving the type of individual service and accountability that I offered to my own clients.

I unfortunately have had my car to them twice in the last 6 month. I was rear ended both times. They are really friendly, explain everything, got my car fixed early so I could take it on a road trip I had planned and my car was cleaner inside after I picked it up than it had been in years! Totally detailed!!!

Hallmark did a great job fixing and painting my truck. The owner personally walked me through the work that was done and was extremely friendly. Above all that Hallmark cleaned my truck before I came to pick it up, it looked new! Im glad I chose a local business and I definitely recommend choosing Hallmark.

We had repair work done this spring and it was excellent. We noticed something 2 months later - they had us come in and remedied the small item in no time....and...they fixed a second small item en gratis (not part of the original job). Excellent customer service all around!
