John assisted me up to today and will be in future as well. My truck a Ford E-250 was stolen June 06th. John assisted me in making decisions, finding fixes so that my vehicles was not written off. He has done repairs on this truck for past 3 years, including replacing my original Ford Transmission which self destroyed itself. When a Ford Dealer broke my engine, the dealership is located near Franklin, but not within a few blocks, John to the rescue again. He has looked after me, keeping this truck on the road. This time he has replaced suspension, brakes and steering column. John has taught me that like my computer settings sometimes need to reset one or two times. Unlike my previous mechanics, John is upfront. I was referred to John by three other business people, one whom owns luxury vehicles. I have seen everything in there from budget cars to luxury acuras, to BMW to my truck. Thank you John.

I took a car I was going to buy here and whichever mechanic I got was awesome. He spent an hour at least doing the inspection and it cost me around $95. If it wasnt for him I wouldve bought a vehicle with close to 15-20 things wrong. He found just about everything that was wrong with the car. He was honest with me about pricing and not knowing certain pricing off hand. Wish I remembered his name. But saved me from purchasing a vehicle I couldve died in. Thx!

Dont ever go to this shop the Manager John Will rip you off. They will ask you to change the expensive part, never transparent in their dealings. They dont do the job properly and very expensive for the not done work. IF you want to go to the wort automobile repair shop in calgary you can go to this place

Nobody works harder than John and his team and it shows in their work. Ive used Franklin Auto for over 5 years now, and have always had good results and a fair cost. They are near LRT for those who work downtown. When I Google them to get their address I see they also have an A+ rating with BBB as well.

I will never go here again. This place says that they will repair your vehicle and then does a lot of other work that is completely not necessary and charges for this bogus work.
