I ordered tires on a Tuesday, two days in advance, and was told to come in first thing in the morning on the Thursday to have the tires installed while I waited. I called the day before my appointment to ensure the tires would be there the next day and was told they would be in that afternoon on the Wednesday. So, on Thursday morning a drive through a major snowstorm from NW Calgary to Cochrane to be at the shop by 8:00am and Im told upon arrival, the tires are not in! After asking why a convenience call was not made the afternoon before to inform me the tires hadnt arrived, it was explained that they were too busy to call. NOT Impressed. I told them to forget the order and left. On top of this when I went to leave the parking lot one of their other customers who was also told his tires would be installed right away, asked for a ride to the nearest coffee shop because it turned out he now had to wait until sometime in the afternoon until his truck would be ready.....and he was the first guy through the door. Im heading to the store down the street!

They absolutely fantastic; the service was very professional and fast. Ralph was great. I am very car Illiterate and it would be easy to take advantage of my ignorance in regards to tires but they did not. They checked and filled all my tires and where able to replace my flat with a used tire which saved me money. I highly recommend the fountain tire to any one. I would make the trip from outside Cochrane if I had any tire replacement needs.

I have been to Cochranes Fountain Tire at least 2 or 3 times in the last year for various tire issues on each of my vehicles. They are always ready and able to squeeze us in. They have always gone above and beyond what is normally expected of them with no extra fee. I will go back to them again for sure when ever we need their tire services!

They have great tires but very poor front desk service. To give the guys in the shop credit there were awesome. Just dont expect friendly service. I was looking at buying two sets of winter rims/tires and the sales guy wouldnt give me the time of day. So off to Kal Tire I go.

Overpriced. What cost me $150 here would have cost me $80 elsewhere. Otherwise friendly staff... most of them anyways, wait wasnt too bad, clean sitting area. Would I go again? Most likely not.
