I had the best customer service of my life here. I heard about the shop from a friend and decided to try it out after a lady with no insurance hit my parked car for the second time this year. I had a quote done and they had it to me in no time. They dealt with my insurance company and I didnt have to do anything. They even offered to get me a rental but I decided against it, but after my spare car broke down they got me a rental no problem. Even my insurance company was more difficult than this. Before I came to pick up my vehicle, I noticed my rental car had been hit while I was at work. It wasnt too bad, but definitely noticeable. There were scrapes on the passenger door, and as I refused insurance I was about to be out another 500 dollars but Fix Auto fixed it... FOR FREE!! Ive never had customer service like this. It took about 5 minutes and they just made out like it was no big deal. Did I mention my car came home looking beautiful and they even cleaned the entire interior. Im talking even my trunk. The repairs they did were flawless and they matched the paint perfectly. They even came out to inspect my car with me and explained the repairs they did. Fix Autos customer service is excellent. I will be going here for any body work I need for the rest of my life. I tell everyone I know about this shop. They even do free car washes for you. I called them up and they did it all on the same day on my way home for work one day. Fix Autos great employees really care about your car and your business. I will always go back. Ive been to other body shops in Calgary and Ive always had a problem since I own a VW. Not with Fix Auto. I truly appreciate the excellent level of customer service and their outstanding guarantee that Fix Auto gives. You will not be disappointed with their service and knowledge.

I just picked up my 2014 Cadillac ATS from Fix Auto. They have done an amazing job and the car looks brand new. I am really happy with their work. I like my car a lot and wanted to make sure to take it to a good autobody shop. I took my car to 4 different shops, Auto Fix, A-1 Autobody, CMP & BMW. Fix Autos estimator did the best job, first thing I realized that he had the car washed that he could see all the damages to the car - something that the other 3 location didnt care to do -, he checked the under the hood to see if there are any damages and again something that the 3 other locations missed to do and we found out that the hood needs to be replaced. he was very through with his estimate and captured every single damage that needed attention. the staff and customer service was amazing, timing was great, I droped and picked up my car as per the schedule I was given. they even washed, cleaned and detailed the interior which they didnt have to. They offer lifetime warranty of their repairs plus lifetime free carwash, which I will definitely use. Overall there is no single negative point that I would want to mention here and I definitely recommend them.

I was ecstatic to be on the receiving end of the philosophy undersell, overdeliver. I almost cried happy tears on the phone. well deserved 5 stars. Ben (the owner) is all about customer first. I had such a positive experience that Im still blabbing about it with my friends. This was the second place I went for the job because I had a bad experience with the first place. Im glad I came to Fix Auto. I was given a quote, and they realized that it was going to take a big chunk, so Ben himself worked hard to do what he could to whittle the number down. He understood exactly what my needs were. Even after that, when I went to pay, they had whittled the number down more because they returned parts that they did not need. That type of honesty is very rare. I wouldve gladly paid the 2nd number. They quoted 2 weeks in the shop (so, I expected at the very least 2 weeks), but I got a pleasant surprise 4 DAYS after the last quote. They rushed my work because I had mentioned that it would be nice to have my own car for a road trip over the long weekend! The best part is how friendly and chill everyone is who works there. Thanks guys!

Bit of a story here but couldnt help share it with you guys (Fix Auto South Central, Calgary). Two instances, last year door and fender replaced and painted, this year front end totaled (cooling system, rad support and hood/bumper). I dealt with a man named Waqar. First of all, he treated me like I was his relative. Very polite and trust worthy and with his main focus to help out his clients both financially and with the vehicle. He went over his shoulders to save me hundreds of dollars in ever corner possible and really broke down the procedure. I was very thankful with the amount of money he was able to save me. I was also unable to locate some parts due to rarity of the vehicle, and he some how not only found them cheap, but inexpensive. I will NEVER EVER go to ANYONE else but Waqar for auto body repairs. Hes the only one I will ever want to go to. Thank you again Waqar.

Called in on Wes, receptionist said probbaly will be ready to pick up car on Thursday , I been waiting and phoning , finally get pick up my car 4 days later , and drove home, something else went wrong with my car, has drop off to the shop again, they need value my time and understand that its very haRd to ask time off from work. Car get clean inside too which suprised me, receptionist is friendly on the phone, but once again, they need to respect my time and double check my car before saying its ready to go. Later on found out winshield washer fluid doesnt come out, I called Ben cell, (owner of the store) and he is nice guy, he came all the way to my house to fix my car Even there were some unhappy things happened, but at the end I m appreciated what Ben have done to fix the problem

We are very fortunate to experience our first ever car repairs due to a hail damage claim. From day 1 up to the time of pick up, the seamless effort they provide is impeccable! Having a vehicle repaired is stressful but they made it sure they are going an extra mile so those stress will be taken cared of. From the professional and friendly approach of Waqar during the estimates to arranging the rental by Jackie & Becca up to the time youll pick up your very clean vehicle makes it a wonderful experience through those tough and stressful days. Had my first ever accident and looked around online for an auto shop. Fixauto really stood out to me cause there werent any other auto shops that were maintaining a review of 4.5 and better with a large amount of reviews. I was greeted immediately with a friendly team of staff and were able to accommodate me with a quote and a free wash for my car. After shopping around at other shops to compare estimates, I found out that fixauto held competitive prices. The staff were quick with their work and very meticulous. They also back up their work with life time warranty and life time car washes! I would definitely recommend Fix Auto! Posted is my VW CC with a new Bumper paint job!
