STAY AWAY! ! ! Do not take your vehicle here if you want quality work or service. After getting an estimate on a Saturday and being told I would have a quote by Wednesday, I waited almost 3 weeks before calling to inquire. They said "their system has been down" and thats why I didnt get a quote. They obviously forgot about it. Booked the car in to replace the bumper and get a few small dents fixed. When you come to pick up your car, they will try to get you to sign the paperwork saying youre happy with the work before they even bring your car out. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. I found multiple issues. Clips under the bumper were missing, a reflector had been broken (that wasnt broken before) and just glued back together before being reinstalled, there were 5 or 6 imperfections in the paint job leaving rough spots. They did a horrendous job taping the plastic parts on the bumper leaving a line of paint all along the part of the bumper that shouldnt have had paint on it at all. They even managed to scratch the taillight and separate body panel when installing the bumper. They left the doors open and lights on when in the shop so the battery died, then they boosted the car and left the battery post cover sitting next to the battery, not on it. Brought the car back to get the many issues fixed. They fixed half the problems and left all the imperfections in the paint. Came back a third time and they wet sanded the paint, taking out most of the bumps but leaving one spot with a quite visible white circle where they had sanded right through the clear coat. Had to convince the guy to come out with touch up paint to cover the circle as he figured the work was good enough. Still doesnt look like a new bumper but Im pretty this is about as good as its going to get. There is obviously no quality control whatsoever, and all this shop cares about is getting your vehicle in and out as quickly as possible so they can get paid and move on to the next. Avoid this shop like the plague.

UPDATE: if you want a company thats going to fraud you, then this is the place to go! Ordered an OEM bumper and paint for my door, rear quarter panel and obviously the bumper itself. I was charged for these items + labour. Only to find out (after checking the bumper stamp) i was charged for an oem bumper and some ebay garbage was installed. They charged for paint for rear door and quarter panel and did not paint the vehicle, but tried to buff out the damage. Within a month the paint was peeling off the bumper. After contacting my insurance they reopened my claim and fix auto took my vehicle back in. After having to refuse the work the first time due to paint lines being about 1/2 an inch onto tempered plastic, they agreed to try again. 3 days later i got another call. Went to look and PAINT RUNS EVERY WHERE. They did not install the OEM bumper upon request, instead sanded down the paint lines on the textured plastic. This time they refused to again, fix the work saying "its the best we can do, we refuse to do anymore work to your vehicle" I am now in the LOVELY process of dealing with AMVIC as i am so displeased with not only the customer service of this place, but their quality of work. I highly recommend you got to literaly any other shop for your body work needs unless youre the kind of person who enjoys being ripped off. If i could give this shop 0 starts i would. --- If you want a repair done properly DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will even make sure your rental is cancelled before you even see and approve the repairs on your vehicle.

Horrible... if you are okay with overspray, "the best it can get" ending in a meeting with the regional manager at a different location with the potential of an amvic case, which is at my discretion since I have all the paper work. The manager yelled at my girlfriend twice, and me once when on top of that was called out on fraud. Fortunately I also have the paperwork to prove it and my insurance company is well aware at this point. And the car is done so poorly that literally the entire job has to be re done, with a brand new OEM bumper that took me weeks of dealing with the insurance company to make sure the car was approved for. Since they decided to buy the economy one fraudulantly than destroy it anyways, look over your car and demand reciepts. Aftermarket suppliers will discount +50% on some parts to some body shops. So you may not be getting what you paid for...

Amazing first class service. I have used Fix Auto NE for both my 2011Acura CSX and 2016 BMW X3 and their work is top notch. (Hail damage repair, rock chips, broken sensor on front bumper repaired Ect...) they were more efficient and more experienced than the dealerships that were trying to over charge me. The front end staff are very friendly and the Body Shop staff are extremely efficient and always take time to review the damage and insure that they fix everything to the higest expections. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I Highly recommend this location.

I took my Lexus GX 460 there for damage on the bumper, and side view mirror. The staff were very thorough in explaining the process and length of time the repair would take. The end result was impeccable and matches my existing paint seamlessly. The price was great for the high quality of workmanship and my vehicle was completed on time as promised. Definitely recommend!

Less than one stat. DO NOT take your vehicle. Very rude rude rude no professional at all. No respect. Guy left without estimating the car and say it cold outside. Yeah close your Jacket it is winter. Any ways. read reviews and google other shop do not even worst your time.

This shops name should be changed to "No-Class Some Auto Body Very Ltd." They were unable to do a lot of work to my car because they lacked the equipment for the service. Employees are very rude and talk to you in a sarcastic tone. I highly suggest you avoid this shop.
