I was booked to another auto body shop that was recommended to me by my car dealer. But the thing is the available date they had was after a month. So I looked for another one thru google, and This REBORN AUTO BODY was at the very top of the lists. I looked at the reviews and it was all positive comments, 5 star as a whole. So I went to their shop and asked for my car to be repaired (I was hit by somebody and wrecked my cars right side doors) Of course I mentioned to them all the defect/damage/broken in my car. I used a rent a car paid by the insurance company of the one who hit me/my car. After a week they phone me and said my car is ready. So I go to the Car Rentals to return the car and they drove me, using their service car, to the REBORN AUTOBODY. When I got there, the break light is not done! They did the break light right there and then, but I got late with my first appointment already. When that light is done, I drove my car. On the way to my office I noticed that the steering wheel is not fixed as well. I phone them and they said I need to go back to their shop, and so I did. When I got there, to my surprise, all I will get is these statement: "there is nothing wrong with your steering wheel, we dont need to do it!" I was like, "are you kidding me?". "I am driving my car for more than three years already, and so I know if there is something wrong on it!". The reply was? "Okay, if you want to waste more money then leave your car here!" That ruin my day. My whole morning was ruined. My appointments was cancelled. And all I will get is "NO!" Later I found out that they do not know how to fix steering wheel. They need to call somebody, from other shop or company to do the said for them! Now, after that incident, I was thinking, are those positive comments/reviews they have online all LEGIT? And by the way, when I tried to insist to the guy that my steering wheel has really something to be fixed, he started to speak arrogant and rude (no exaggeration). I will never ever recommend this shop to anyone! VERY BAD SERVICE. Well guess what? I fully understood about that third party thing you are talking about. It was all cleared to me at the very start. And I told you already that we are the ones who will pay for it (the repair for my steering wheel) from our own pocket if ever the insurance company doesnt want to cover it anymore. Yet you just ignored those concerns (the fact that you didnt fix my tail light before you phone me to pick up my car saying it is all done and ready). And then tried to lecture me because youre a mechanic and I am not. Think of this one, smart mechanic guy,... why will I spend huge amount of money from my own to ask for a repair guy to fix my UNBROKEN car? huh?! And another thing, thank you and NOT thank you for that tail light that you fixed for free. Why? because that 20 or 50CAD tail light fee cost me hundreds or even thousands of dollars due to cancelled business for that day, plus the stress your team gave to me (for being rude, sarcastic, unattentive, insensitive and irresponsible). Thank you for your professionalism (the guy in your office was sarcastic when he was talking to me, and so I am now). By the way, that door that you did in my car? you can hear a loud irritating sound everytime you roll the window up and down. Thanks for an awesome job guys!

I had initially put up a great review for an insurance claim that was referred to them. However once I took my vehicle home and I washed it I was not pleased with what I found. Overspray all over the car which they believed was not their fault. Also the interior was not clean and if it was then it was an extremely poor job as there were oil stains and smears on the windows of the vehicle and on the console. I had also discussed getting other work done to the vehicle while it was in which I was paying for which was over $1,755. They said they would take care of it including rock chips which they would do as complimentary. They told me to bring it on in and they would buff it which would resolve my so called issues with the exterior. So then second round I bring the vehicle home and after their buffing of the overspray the rock chips covered up were obvious. They were done merely with what looked like a paint pen and it looks worse than what it was before. They said it was either that or replace the bumper (and anyway that is what dealers give new car purchasers)? That this was going to deter rust.........when I was told the bumper was plastic in the same sentence? I am not please and I would not recommend this body shop and I have also let my insurance company know of the dissatisfaction. Had I know that the rock chips would simply be painted over (not even a matching color) I would not have gone that route. It is like they rush at the last minute to get things done and this is what happens. I am no longer recommending this shop to anyone.

Very very bad behaviors from the GM. Theres nothing called Customer service.. When I dropped off the car, they told me it will take 4 days to complete. On the 4th day when I called, with a lot of excuses, they asked me 1 more day, but it was the weekend so I had to pay 3 days extra for my rental. Then I called Monday and That was the mistake I did, he just brushed me off when I said the rental is costing me money. He said, "Its not my problem, its your problem", I was shocked when he (Ivan John) said that.. Lastly, when I picked up the Car, he took the payment and gave me the invoice, didnt even walked me out of the office or even explaining what he did to my car... Insane. If you are doing a repair from your own pocket, dont go to this company... they dont care... very bad Customer Service.

I took my Accord in about a year ago for some bumper damage and this place had the cheapest quote so I took it them. They were able to replace the bumper in a half day and when I came to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised to see that hey washed the car AND cleaned the interior for no charge! It was really like the car was brand new again. I never got around to write a review. But today I took my car in without an appointment because the car door wasnt closing properly. It turned out to be a quick fix and the owner there said there was no charge. After that I had to write a review so here it is. This a solid place, with great group of people working there. Hopefully my cars dont require any work done in the future, but if they do, Ill take it here.

Excellent work! I would go there again. We had our car in for body and mechanical repair because of an accident. We found them to be very thorough and spent extra time finding the right parts. They were careful that all was in good working order before releasing the car to us. The car actually works better than before they accident. They went beyond the call of duty by polishing out some scuff marks at their own expense. They worked well with the insurance appraiser to ensure the best possible result. A special thanks to Ivan for answering all my questions in a skilled and pleasant manner.
