Steve & his team are beyond FANTASTIC to deal with!! I bought my very first car a year and a half ago from them and they made sure to get me into a safe, fuel efficient, comfortable, reliable, stylish (etc) car, for what I could afford & not a penny more! No up-selling! No "greasy" car salesman talk!! (They are friendly and make you feel comfortable like your chatting with friends, vs other dealers who strictly just want the $$$ and have no desire to be anything but a "salesman"). They worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was happy!! In a year and a half I "bug" them from time to time to inquire what they have in stock or to just say "hey" and they have never once made me feel like anything less than a friend :) I am now in the process of upgrading to a newer vehicle and wouldnt go anywhere but back to Steve and his team!! I Would recommend Express Auto to ANYONE!!

Ive just pulled away with the second vehicle Ive purchased from Express, and could not be happier. My first experience was that I came in with a situation where I thought I would be stuck driving a K-Car. No, not even for a second. They worked with my situation and had me away in a brand new Kia Optima. When the time came that I needed another vehicle, not only did they do the foot work, and made sure it all worked out great again, they found a 2017 Mitsubishi Rvr Black Edition. The exact kind of vehicle I not only needed, but the exact vehicle I wanted. Steve, James, Devin and the team have been a real pleasure to deal with, so much so, my wife will be there tomorrow. An actual painless car buying experience. Never thought Id see the day.

I was very pleased with purchase process. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I did however experience one downfall after my purchase. Two things were promised to be done and neither has been taken care despite attempts to contact by Email I have received no response or contact as to why these promises have been met. Despite this I would not hesitate to recommend someone contact Express auto if they are looking to buy a vehicle

Hate this place. Owner is rude, he will be nice and sweet once you walked in and sign those papers. But wait and see after, if you need some after-sales assistance, theyll treat you like you never even had business with them. Go take your business elsewhere.
