First off Id like to thank Frank Thordsen in sales and Harry Hasham sales and F&I specialist. These two men are the real deal, honest gentlemen that are there to really help and who care. My adventure began Saturday the 29th of April looking at the BBB website to find reputable used car dealers, something which is difficult to find. I found such a place, Driverz auto is its name. First off I asked for a car proof report by email for the car I was interested in. It took no time at all I was reading it. Some places getting that report is like pulling teeth. Not long after is received a call by a man named Frank, which I asked for, who gave me some info and asked if I wanted to see and test drive this car. It was an hour before closing. I never felt pressured by Frank to give any financial info or to do anything that I hadnt asked for. He politely answered all my questions and showed me all the pertinent documents. He let me test drive it, a good long test drive not just around the block. After having answered all my questions he invited me to speak with Harry, their finance specialist. He broke it down for me in easy to understand terms and started my financing application. The following Monday these two gentleman called me up with the good news that the car was mine. I came in and was explained in full detail the sales agreement by Harry until I had no questions. Which was difficult with my 21 month old but he showed great patience. In both visits I left there well after closing time and was never rushed. This place is the real deal and the two men that I met there restore the reputation of honest car salespeople. Thank you so much Frank and Harry for caring and being honest. Driverz Auto is amazing. Written by a truly satisfied customer.

I had just arrived in Calgary with my whole family, transferred by my company and concerned about getting a new car in a new city. The first impression was Hubert calling me 5 minutes after I sent a message about one car, through Auto Trader. We made four visits, changed the car around 6 times, asked for different proposals. So difficult when you arrive to find the car that will fit your family needs. The patience and attention of Driverz Auto, Hubert, Chris and Rob, were outstanding. Hubert is not from this world, he didnt push any car to us. He was always concerned about a car that would fit our needs. Period. The confidence that Rob gave me when we first talked gained my trust. Chris and his patience are outstanding! I must confess that in the end, having to add a warranty to finance the car was not easy to swallow. Chris and I talked for almost 2 hours on a Friday, and after that day I realized that those guys were serious people with an amazing customer service. 8 PM, on a Friday night, dealing with a demanding customer such as myself: that is professionalism and dedication. We are loving our car and the post-sales is as better as the sales itself. They are handlign a minor situation with full support. Back a few months ago I was involved in an accident that ended up writing my car off. I went into Driverz Auto the day after still somewhat upset and concerned about what options I had. I was helped by Hubert Miller, who was not only caring and understanding to my situation, but was very knowledgeable as well. I felt very at ease with my decision to purchase a new/used vehicle once I talked to him about my financial situation. I looked at few options they had and Hubert was able to match me to exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. I went in concerned and worried and left excited and thrilled that not only did I find a fancy new set of wheels but it was so UNDER my budget it surprised me. Hubert took a tough situation and took all the hard work out of it for me. Within a couple of days of my accident I was in my new car. Everyone there helping me were professional and friendly and I would DEFINITELY go there again myself, as well as recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had the most amazing experience with this auto dealership!! Harry was an exceptional and profession person to go to. I had been super apprehensive about getting a new vehicle and ended up having the best customer service experience I could have asked for, and getting a sweet new ride that I am SO grateful for. I wont make this review too long winded, but this was hands down perfect in every way - a FANTASTIC place to go; I recommend Harry to absolutely all my friends looking for a new vehicle. 4 Stars for today as Ive only had the car 2 days. Ill definitely go to 5 stars once Ive had the car a couple months and Im comfortable with its operation. That said, our Sales Rep was Hubert. He was very laid back tossing us the keys to whatever we felt like testing. Buying used cars is a gamble anywhere you go, even with a reputable dealer, they cant actually know there is a lemon on their lot. That means you end up choosing to shop based on price, google reviews and gut feelings. All three of these things aligned. My wife and I dont respond well to the "let me talk to my sales manager" shtick. We were able to break through that façade fairly easily at this dealership and speak to the sales manager ourselves when we needed to. I would say that, and the low pressure sales were the differentiators from the classic dealership, that kept us in the show room. Update. Moved from 4-5 stars. Ive driven the car enough now to know its solid.

We were in the market for buying reliable seven seater SUV. Driverz Auto had listed a vehicle which was difficult to overlook from the price perspective. We visited the show room on one Saturday Morning. It was a good expereince in the way Hubert (Sales team) welcomed us and explained about the car which we were interested along with other available models. He was calm, nice to deal with and possesses exceptional vehicle knowledge. We realized after our deal that there was no pressure to buy anything which may not be the scenario in other places. Chris (finance) assisted promptly in financing part. We wanted to convert our seats to leather along with other addtional accessories. Driverz Auto arranged that through their contacts and they did a fabulous job. We felt we were travlling in a new car once we got the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience and hope you will feel the same in Driverz Auto -Raja

I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Driverz Auto. When I arrived I was instantly greeted by their friendly staff and made to feel very welcome. Their friendly approach was a nice change to the pushy sales people I was expecting. They spent quite a while with me making sure I found the right vehicle. They have hundreds of vehicles on their lot, however they also have access to even more vehicles off their lot. They were able to sit down with me, find the right vehicle with low kms, and have it brought over for a test drive very quickly. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, and I definitely got a better deal than I was expecting. I think their prices are very fair. I had such a good experience I sent my two brothers and my sister there, who all ended up buying a vehicle as well. Thanks Driverz. You guys are great! I will definitely be back next time I am in the market for a car.
