I finally picked up my acura mdx yesterday. It took them twice as long as they estimated. No explanation. When I showed the manager, Ed, the sloppy workmanship and asked him why the small favour he promised me to do that didn‘t get done, he flipped. He started to talk really really loud and shouted at me - yes at a customer (a female with my small girl beside me at the time). He tried to talk over me and was really really loud in order to get away with my complain. I felt so violated as a customer. Finally, my girl got sacred and we left. Totally unacceptable the way they treat their customers and totally unprofessional. Stay away from this shop.

Distinctive Auto Works has been around for how many years and they only have 6 reviews. My review is my e-class convertible they had for over 7 weeks I gave them the car with the roof on I get back overspray all over the dash and seats. Cost me $550 to clean. Bumper looks like s*** and to top it off theres a few dents Im told Mercedes did it. I finally picked up the vehicle I notice my CDs have been all taken out and a half a tank of gas is gone so I guess they were joy riding in my car listening to their own CDs. Not even smart enough to put the CDs back. These people suck. I bring up the CD thing they told me Mercedes did it.

Phenomenal service and great workmanship. Brought in my 08 GL320 and couldnt be happier with the quality of service, never been treated so well by an auto service or bodyshop. Top notch.
