This place is a perfect cocktail of customer hostile experiences. My wife booked a rental at 7pm the night before and got a confirmation email. The morning of I show up and the person at the desk said that it didnt count because the office closes at 5pm and therefore the booking was not confirmed in spite of the confirmation email my wife received. She was unfazed by this. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. She offered to look up another vehicle for me and began to but then other customers showed up. So she switched to them and ignored me. And then she proceeded to tell them that their rental booking had been cancelled. The customer claimed that this was false. She stood by the companys actions at every point. I dont know how a company is this incompetent or how a customer service rep could be so unfazed by the lack of respect for the customers given by their system.

I rent a car most weekends, and after a year or two of doing this, I have had only positive experiences with every staff person and manager. Even when little problems arise, a fender bender, a parking ticket, etc, I get nothing but cooperation and fair treatment. The managers and staff at Discount Car at Crowfoot are incredible. Super courteous and efficient service. Every single one goes out of their way to make sure my experience is the most convenient it can be. I would highly recommend Discount Car to anyone as a result of my experience with the Crowfoot branch. Thank you!

I liked nothing about my service. The fact that I reserved a vehicle, and then travelled by public transportation to pick up my vehicle only to be told my reservation had been cancelled because they had no vehicles is ridiculous. No call to inform me of the change. Then when requested if the staff could check other locations for me for a rental, was given the look like "really?" And then proceeded to half ass check. Bravo guys to another unsatisfied customer

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!! Worst company ever! When I told to the front desk lady that I will not come back because the way they treat people is unacceptable she literally told me "thats okay" what kind of costumer service answer is that?! People dont go there!! At Crowfoot there is Enterprise and use that one! With all this bad reviews and they are still the same it only shows that they dont care! Shame on Discount and shame on that store manager!

Booked a car hire online on Saturday around 2pm called up 8am Monday morning to confirm my car hire before I left to get the train to the location and the women not only told me my reservation wasnt confirmed but that they had no cars there for me to hire. ALWAYS CALL AND CHECK I needed this vehicle for an interview and they had really left me in a bad predicament. I will not give this company another chance unfortunately.

Yup same crap. Phoned to book and was told I couldnt do that over the phone, had to do it online. So I booked on line, got a confirmation on line, then received a phone call the afternoon before my 9 am booking telling me they had no vehicle and my booking was cancelled. I asked for a different vehicle and they said no, we have nothing. OK then I will rent from another company, good bye Discount.

Went there to rent a car that we had reserved and actually had a confirmation for. They said they didnt have any cars available. Called their head office and they didnt do anything either to help. Horrible company. No one offered any help. Left us in a bad situation. A company that doesnt even honor their own reservations and confirmation system is not worth a second chance!

First time with this rental company and had an instant negative experience with this location. Customer service is very poor, staff who are working at the front desk are not approachable and very unprofessional except the one who showed me the vehicle which is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Reserved a vehicle a month in advance, my insurance company didnt bother to tell discount that I needed a truck, so I had to take a little car; However they were extremely accommodating and had brought in a truck for me by the end of the same day and even offered to bring it down to my work.

No matter when I reserve I always get great service and the van I need to help my business fulfill my customers needs. The vehicles are always new, clean and cared for and I know Im safe when on the road at the best price Ive found in town. I never hesitate to recommend Discount.

As a CFL player I will never use Discount Rental cars again. After renting with them for 6 months they charged my US account without checking with me. That ended up costing two conversion cost and didnt try to fix the issue. Im gonna always tell people to go to other companies.

Had the same issue as Rozita. Booked a vehicle a week in advance and was notified a few days before the booking that they didnt have any vehicles available. If youre going to allow bookings in the first place, you should have vehicles available.
