My entire experience with this business was professional and painless. The repair was completed on-time, and the bodywork itself is of excellent quality – paint match, body gap, fit and finish are all as-new. Evidenced from the start was their sincere and professional communication, not only with myself, but to the point of follow-through on my behalf with the 3rd party to enable full restitution in a timely manner. Even when I initially brought the vehicle in for an appraisal, although damage was limited to the rear bumper, they brought it into their shop, raised it on the hoist and then invited me into the back to view it with one of their senior technicians. I found the estimator to be very thorough with an eye to detail. She also fine-tuned the original estimate to bring it in line with their supplier direct OEM pricing, edging out other estimates that I had received from other shops without having seen them. What really made the difference for me was the condition of my vehicle when I received it. I had made an effort to drop it off freshly washed but when I got it back, I realized they had even detailed my interior – wiping down the dash and washing my floor mats! Although the repair was to the rear bumper region of the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a few days after pickup that the front engine compartment had been completely cleaned to factory condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone who is seeking an above-grade vehicle repair and appreciates excellence in service delivery. Because they exceeded my expectations on so many levels and because of their peak performance, I feel that they definitely set themselves apart within the local Calgary industry. It’s been a busy year for us, so I’m getting this online review submitted just now – about a year after the work was completed in January 2016. Thankfully, I was sure to let them know how pleased I was following the delivery of my vehicle back then.

Professional and courteous is what comes to mind when dealing with them. I was really stressed about finding the right shop for my Infiniti, but know now that I absolutely made the right choice. Due to parts being backordered it did take longer to fix than expected, but am very happy with the way things turned out. They not only restored my car back to its original state, it actually looks better than before. I would definitely recommend Dilawri Auto Collison to others looking for a reputable shop.

Best Bodyshop in Calgary. They offer the best service, if youre looking for fast service move on and go to a Canstar. These guys are the best and most attentive, certified for Bentley and Aston Martin and they actually took the same tools, skills and attention to my brand new Nissan X-terra that it greatly needed after a large accident!
