WORST EVER EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! I just get my vehicle home from Crystall glass here at 130 Ave se. I almost get a heart attack when I saw what they did. They scratched all over my trunk door with Dremel !!!!!! And its deep right to the metal. I will need a complete body panel paint job! Im just extremely angry. Ill go visit them tomorrow afternoon to see their respond. 2nd PART !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But the list is way LONGER. !!! Now today we went to use my trunk for kid toys. Does NOT open! But after trying couple of times I realize that that the two buttons are SWAPED ! Please carefully look at the edges of the back of the button. Interlocking pieces doesnt line up!! Plug facing to the right. Wrong. It should be facing left! Correct. I came home and started investigate. I came across that the switch was ripped apart from interior trim and Crazy glued together! Please see the shine and the fingerprint on the button and in the interior trim around the button opening! Now because of that I started to go truth my vehicle with fine comb. There are additional damages!!!! Scratches on the edge of my hood as well from removal of glass. Next plastic parts under the hood and around the wiper are bent and broken . I addressed that at the pick up. He sad that bending is always like that and the broken plastic fasteners he took the vehicle in an FIXED with Crazy glue!!!!! Now I want to know the respond of the AMI on this and how they could have a cooperation with this guy? Im calling BBB as well. I put my vehicle into BMW to exchange every broken part and fix and diagnose why my trunk is not working any more! Than I put it to BMW body shop to fix all my damages. Nobody else is going to touch it!!!

My boyfriend normally takes care of everything when it comes to our vehicles but after getting his windshield replaced he was so happy with the service that he trusted them enough to send me on my own. They are friendly, courteous, trust worthy, and do an excellent job.Price was more than reasonable too. Couldnt be happier! I rarely write reviews but was so happy with the service I was more than happy to write one for them.

Got a rock chip heading down deerfoot on Thursday Jan 12th, came right over to crystal and Sheldon was more than happy to help me out, he got me taken care of very promptly and my windshield was fixed right up in 30 min, 8 also found out they do all types of glass, and Sheldon was very helpful describing their other work. Very good experience at this location. Was able to drop off vehicle night before my windshield replacement appointment. Was also unable to pick it up the same day, so I was extremely pleased to find out that my jeep was stored inside the shop overnight. Will definitely return in the future

obviously this guy did finish his day at 1pm on a saturday otherwise he wouldnt be trying to shop at that time----but be exited dork cause theyre now open till 5----and maybe it will blow your mind if they open on sundays too----hope your employer gives you the same hours
