By far the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had at any dealership or public establishment at all. I had ask some questions to an on-line in regards to their summer sale- very basic question such as -what is the sale and how will it help me?! Not long after I received a phone call from a man who booked me in to meet with him a couple days later. He had my number and I got his in-case anything were to come up and not be able to make the appointment, we would call on another. I then arrive at my appointment, and ask for him and they say "Oh, hes not in tonight- something came up" so they passed us off to his "fill in"Who I swear has never once worked at a dealership prior to this appointment. He asked what we had, what we wanted and what we absolutely didnt want- and then proceeded to show us 3 vehicles that we specifically said we DO NOT WANT- He kept walking up to truck and said oh this one will work, it has……..(and he’d say nothing else until he read the badges on the truck for size, motor size etc). We would then proceed to ask prices and he said he’d go find out and come back with another key and NO PRICE! This went on for 40 minutes or more before we found one without him and decided to see if we could get some info on price and such. We then talked to the “finance manager” -who if I could remember his name, I would put on here to warn anybody going there- We had been to 4 dodge dealerships before this and a Hyundai dealership where they ALL quoted us the same trade in value on our truck, yet this finance manager said they are all lying, and quoted us more than $4000.00 lower (before even looking at the truck). I was explaining what we were approved for and that we SAW the paperwork and numbers , yet according to him it was all a lie. He sat back in his chair with a smart a**ed smirk on his face and re-asked our names- and said “are you saying I’m lying, or don’t know what I’m talking about- I’ve been a finance manager for 10 years” It was as though he was trying to push buttons, I had simply asked how pre approval works if they base the financing off of what type of vehicle and he would not give me a straight answer, but told us to calm down rather. Never once have I just got up and walked away from a “customer service” rep, but I said you don’t seem to want to help, we will be leaving. Grabbed everything and walked away. During this time he also interrupted our conversation to go “get info” but really he saw another potential customer walk in and was much more concerned about them as he proceeded to talk about them to our sales person while we were setting there. He came back to the table with no info that was requested and then had to leave again when we asked where it was. I will never, ever step foot in that dealership again, even if they are giving the vehicles away. They all sit and stand around and stare at you like you’re a piece of meat, and they are starving. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE-- I had to put one star to write this but would much rather rate is as a negative.

Three Strikes for Crowfoot Dodge. Strike 1, they had my van all day and they forgot to do a simple oil change. They were thoughtful enough to call about it while I was on my way to the dealership. I asked them to not bother and that Id get the work done some other time. Got to the dealership and I couldnt get my van back because they were in the middle of doing the change. Waited 30 minutes and missed an appointment. Strike 2, they had my Jeep in for a transmission fluid change. It gets done on time and I pick it up. As Im driving down Crowchild, there is a large plume of smoke from my exhaust. The mechanic had, somehow, got oil in the exhaust system during the flush. Upon further inspection of my Jeep there was dirty hand prints all over the hood and side of the Jeep. Also dirty oily foot prints in the Jeep. Strike 3, went to buy power steering fluid. I had the part number from the PS reservoir. They give PS fluid with a different part number. I inquire as to why they didnt give me the fluid I requested. I was told that what they have me is the replacement. Sure, OK. I bought the fluid. I get home to top up my PS fluid and I get a feeling something isnt correct. Some cursory searches on the internet and theyve given me the wrong fluid. Worst part is that the fluid they gave me would have ruined my power steering system. While the customer service is OK, the technical service is, at best, incompetent. I will no longer have my vehicles serviced, or do any business, at Crowfoot Dodge. Reply to response from owner: Dear Crowfoot Dodge Management, If you were honestly interested in exploring the details of this review you could have easily looked up my contact information or have followed up after the incidences had occurred. Just another example as to how customer care, due diligence and attention to detail are traits not honoured by your business. My only suggestion for you is to try to resolve bad experiences before they become bad reviews. Seeing as how your dealership is one of the worst rated in Calgary, youve got a long way to go.

I have never have had such a hard time.most unprofessional sales department Feb 23 2016 I trade my 2014 Ram for a 2016 Jeep Wranhler and had 3 computer/ engine break downs in the first 1800 km. Fix issue on April 30 . Now on June 18 2016 with 3300 km on odometer another break down with computer/ engine. Total of 4 break down in less then 4 months I try to ask for help from Jesse the sales manager about a warranty replacement He say its not a tv. So we tell we call Chrysler Canada to complain and see about help We left with no courtesy vehicle or help on a rental that next door We get a call later that jeep fixed and come pick up We arrive and told key at receptionist. So we went there but no keys! The girl at reception couldnt find them and make no effort to search for them! So, we stand there for couple minutes wondering what to do now! We my husband decide to go ask sales manager again for a help, but he put his hand up and said Im busy with customers. I was standing in front of desk watching him and after my husband turn his back then he start laughing and pointing out way with another guys standing beside him. I was speechless and about to start crying. We went again to front desk, and I ask my husband to call police, because our keys are missing. In same time, the another guy( East Indian ), the one that was laughing at us, came to me and ask do you want my help. I said you have 10 min or Im going to call police, Im customer and you guys need to treat me like that! He just look at me and said something like whatever. An Asian salesman comes and asks us to leave. They find keys under reception desk after all and we leave . Wow what a horrible experience we got Ps when apologize make it personal not a copy and paste like all others on reviews. Like to find a way call and apologize or ask to come in a we sit down and fix this situation Sales manager Jesse and his staff are making unprofessional mistakes and definitely you have not take serious to fix Read reviews especially the bad ones and take action on how to change
