Customer service is horrendous. They do the minimum amount of work possible and refuse to take responsibility for their actions - or lack thereof. Dont go here. This was a recommended dealership for Intact insurance so I had my car towed here after a rear-end accident. The next day I got a voicemail from Debbie at Craftsman Collision asking me to call to answer some questions. I returned the call and the lady who answered the call informed me that they had no Debbie working for them and they did not have my car. I insisted they did. She insisted they didnt. She checked with her manager and again insisted they did not have my car and told me to call whoever really had my car. I double checked the voicemail, the number, and the name and called back. After more arguing someone finally found my car. They had insisted on arguing with me because my car had not been entered into the system and they were too stupid or too lazy to actually go look for it. The next day I went to take pictures of my car for the police. I found it parked in front of their building with the trunk (which had been smashed and did not close properly) open and everything in it covered in snow. I mentioned this to the front counter and was informed by her and another young fellow that it would be blown out and taken care of. Several days later my car was classified as totaled and I went to clear it out. The trunk was still uncovered and everything in it was sopping wet because the snow had melted. When I spoke with Kevin about covering the cost of a destroyed jumpstarter he informed me that the tow company is to blame and Craftsman Collision had nothing to do with it. He also told me that they do not remove items from the car (cause, you know, calling the client to ask them if items can be moved to protect them from weather would be effort). I again informed him that I was told it would be "taken care of", which, to me, means the trunk would be cleared of snow, items would either be moved or a tarp placed over the trunk or SOMETHING other than letting my car and personal items become further damaged. Kevin informed me they do not have tarps. This entire conversation simply emphasized to me that he completely misses the point and has no intention of acknowledging that something more could have been done. He then continued to tell me that the car had been written off so there was no point in protecting it. The problem I have with this statement is that my car was not written off for several days. This means they were willing to let my yet-to-be-repaired car become further damaged by weather. Absolute garbage. Never using their services again.

I have been so impressed with Craftsman Collision.. My wife was recently in an accident and caused a lot of damage to the front end of my Subaru. The repair was very expensive, and very complex, and the guys at Craftsman have done an amazing job. I had to bring the car back after the repair to have a couple of issues sorted out, which was to be expected after such a difficult job, and I have to commend Jesse in particular for being amazing in helping out what might have been a customer service ordeal. He got the car back in right away, arranged for the rental car, and made the whole thing as pain-free as possible. Again, the remedial actions that Craftsman had to make after the fact are exactly the sort of thing that had all the potential to go horribly wrong, but thanks to Jesse, you guys have earned a loyal customer. Thanks again, and keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

My truck was in a accident and our insurance company recommended them. The service was horrible from the beginning they are more worried about making sure the insurance company is happy not the customers vehicles. I picked up my truck a month ago and it was missing a piece in the bumper I was told it was on back order and they would call me when it was in. A month later I still have not got a call so I called them and surprise they know nothing about it. Also I got to use there rental call service and I was told to make sure the rental was fueled up and cleaned before I returned it. So we did and 3 weeks after we returned the rental they decided to bill my credit card when I called them they will not give me a straight answer Beware terrible service no one cares about the customers.

I took the advice of Intact Insurance, and used Craftsman Collision to repair my vehicle. Well, NEVER AGAIN. They didnt preform the work correctly the first time, and I didnt have time to bring the vehicle back until I realized how bad it was. So, the bumper starts to fall off, and I HAVE to take it back. They tell me its my fault and will not repair the damage. The Manager, Kevin Singh, gives me quote for $1,100 and tells me to use another body shop. Adding insult to injury - after they inspect the damage, they couldnt even close the hood properly. What repair shop cant properly close the hood of a car properly? I am extremely disappointed, Ive filed a complaint with Intact, and Ill never be back. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Avoid Craftsman Collision South at all costs! Unfortunately, we also took our car into Craftsman Collision South as directed by Intact Insurance and are furious with their indifference that we have been met by this repair facility. Our car still has unfinished items from the original claim which they have seemed to have forgotten about and created more by damaging items upon their disassembly. We are still trying to get our car repaired properly and must rely on another shop to do so and will now proceed with legal remedy to hold Craftsman Collision South accountable. We cannot recommend this repair facility and would recommend Contemporary Coachworks.

big mistake made my decision by rating score. first impression of this shop was really good. Staffs were very kind and a rent car was already ready for me. I was very impressed at this moment. However, When I picked up my car, I was very frustrated about this shop. A. I found plastic cover was not assembled. B. rubber door trim fell down while I drove. C. oil stains on ceiling D. many scratches inside and outside of my car. I dont really recommend this shop.

Craftsman Collision was quick and made the process super easy. Vince was friendly and made sure to let me know exactly when my car was ready. When it was done an hour later than promised they even called to tell me that. The only thing I would say takes it from a 4 to a 5 star would be that my roof was scratched my them. I noticed after I picked it up. Although this process was a little bumpy to get it repaired, they did repair it at no cost to me.

Great job, better management. Had some service done there several years ago. Manager at the time was not the greatest and neither was the work. Had a warranty issue and connected with Jesse the new manager. What a difference. Great service. Easy to deal with. Company has gone in the right direction with the management they have in place. Would definitely recommend anyone in Calgary who needs work done to go there.
