I went on Feb 10th 2014, Monday. Service was horrible. The reception did not acknowledge me being there as I waited in the reception area for 20 mins as was directed to go see them by my insurance company and have my vehicle inspected. She did not even look my way and gave me attitude but gave this elderly caucasian man great service and gave me (minority) as attitude. There were five other employee laughing and talking right by the reception area and did not attend me even though they saw me and I believe the owner had just walked right by me and all he did was say Hi to me but no one asked if they could assist me why I was there. They misplaced our insurance claim number as we did drop it off a week ago with one of the employees. Our insurance had faxed them our claim number on January 7th so we didnt have to wait. She yelled and gave my husband attitude over the phone and rolled her eyes at me. She gave no option to us in regards to taking our vehicle in and didnt assist us professionally and said we were on our own and that we were responsible for the rental and they wouldnt call our insurance and said that the insurance does take care of the bookings or rental or are not responsible for providing the claim number. I called my insurance company after all this happened in 30 mins and cancelled with them immediately and went straight to Craftsman Collision and our insurance had provided Craftsman Collision everything that Contemporary Coachworks North receptionist said they wouldnt do. I was disgusted and insulted by their service. Great looking cars at the end, but horrible horrible service. Shame on the manager to owns that autobody shop to hire such unprofessional receptionist. I would not in my life time go back and recommend them at all. I am shocked that Lexus Dealership actually send their stuff there for repairs. Hopefully that will stop soon too. This is all because of the receptionist and five people chit chatting and them losing our claim number and that scares me in regards to the personal information that was on there. Our insurance company is fully aware of this matter. They were pretty shocked. Bad service Not a potential customer ever

Horrible experience at the N.E. location. Car was 3 months old and they caused more than $2500 in damages "repairing" my brand new car. Not to mention every repair they made is falling apart. Recommend your car enthusiast enemies to this place because its a guarantee they will cause a lot of damages. Keep in mind i asked them nicely to fix their mistakes the first time, they tried again and failed miserably, again. Damages include: broken plastic trim pieces, damaged seals and clips for seals. 4 dents, 2 on every rocker panel because they dont know how to hoist vehicles by their lift points. several scratches and a fresh door ding. A deep scratch on every piece of glass on drivers side, including mirror. rock guard delaminating from vehicle. very poorly applied 3M film that is falling off. damaged my interior door card piercing the vinyl and painting over it. More than a dozen deep scratches on inside door jam. 8inch long streak in the paintjob, scatches all around the rear quarter window from removal and installation. Window that only rolls up half the time because of poorly reinstalled weather stripping prohibits the window from sliding into its slot. Gauges into the metal under drivers door, and a misaligned rear bumper as well as a cracked mirror housing. These guys need to be reviewed by Lexus and VW and removed from their approved repair shops list.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I think lola(the 5 star review) must be the owner of Contemporary. my car was at contemporary south for 2 weeks, they didnt start the repairs or even order the parts. when I went to pick up the car the battery was dead, on a brand new car and they told me it was because it was cold outside, it had been above zero for the time it was there. They called me 1.5 hrs before they closed for the long weekend and left a message to pick up the car because they didnt have parts, this was after the car sat there for a week! Then charged me for the rental because we couldnt get it back before they closed for the long weekend. WORST customer service I have ever experienced and Ive been in the car buissiness for a long time. the owner refused to talk to me and would not return calls. the office manager manager just shrugged and said "oh well" when I asked about the reputation they were getting online. save yourself from the lies and the awful service by going somewhere else.

When my Lexus SUV was in an accident recently, I decided to do some homework on who to take it to. My insurance company indicated that if I take it to their approved shop, then I would have a lifetime warranty as long as I have the vehicle. CC was on their list! Then I checked with the dealerships where they take their vehicles. CC one of the two, as well! Well, my decision was made very easy. I received my vehicle on Saturday. However, when I got home and looked at it closely in the subdued light of the garage, I saw some issues. It was not in the area which they fixed - that was splendid! It was on a different area due to it being parked outside, I gather. It has always sat overnight in my garage. Anyway, I phoned Bob, the manager, and he has been kind enough to address the situation. Now THAT is superb customer service. I will recommend them to all my acquaintances. I am glad I took it there. Thanks, to Bob and the tech who I met with at the time of pickup.

We had heard from a number of dealerships & business in the city that this company was great to deal with..... NOT SO TRUE. there are 3 BAD reviews for this company for a reason. My girlfriend was backed into & had to get her bumper replaced, it took almost a month to get the car back & about 3-4 weeks later we noticed that the paint had already started peeling, had to take the car back for a 2nd time only after 2 weeks to find out the paint had been cracked again, finally 1 week later we went to pick it up, the car had an empty tank of gas which was not the case when it was dropped off, it had obviously been driven to some extent because the car was covered in bugs, also there was bird droppings in the car & a glob of cleaner which stained the seat & destroyed the seat cover.......... even until this day I cant get the GM to phone me back on this because people dont know how to deal with problems... SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

STAY AWAY! Drove into car park to pick up my "repaired" 2016 Subaru and immediately saw a dent in the wheel well of my car! OMG! The receptionist shouts at me when I attempt to share concerns, laughs on the phone with my insurance company and tells me to get out of her face after being invited to read an email sent to me. They have no concern for their customers and it seems like I am not the first. Going to deny knowledge of my vehicle? Chris thank you for your response. You did not contact me after finding further damage to my vehicle. I was not present for any "inspection" that took place. I did not shout at your customer service rep and I was not asked to leave! Is this another customer you speak off? These are lies. If you did understand customer service you would have respectfully apologized and appeased your customer. Something you did not do and I would not wish for you to touch my vehicle again!
