Was originally told when the vehicle was dropped off, that all the parts were there and there would be no delays. 4 working days later I got a call saying the dismantling was all done and the vehicle would be ready in another 6 working days. 1 day before I was supposed to pick it up, I received a call saying it would be another 1-2 days as they had found some new damage. ???? If I was supposed to get the vehicle back the next day, what new damage did they find?? And why wasnt it noticed during the dismantling in the first place? Doesnt make sense. It ended up being one day late.

I have been taking my vehicles to Concours (SW) for 15 years now and have been very pleased with the service and quality of work. I am very particular on how my vehicles are repaired and I feel they go the extra mile without me asking. This is the only collision centre in Calgary that I feel safe recommending to friends and family. So far I have heard good reports back from them also.

Shyla is Amazing! I am moving out of the country and I needed my car to be repaired on very short notice. Shyla helped me navigate through everything that needed to be done. Most importantly she had my car repaired extremely quickly, and the repair was well done. The customer service was incredible, the repair was completed very quickly, and the quality was outstanding.

Work was done very professionally. They were in constant contact with us going over any issues that we were having with the insurance company. When our van was ready (a day in advance), we found a small mark on the drivers door handle. It was cleaned up quickly without complaint. Most of all, the people that work there are extremely polite and helpful.

Yes they are pricey and heck the labor cost is more than the parts itself. but they do a damn good job I must say restoring vehicles and also great front desk and customer service
