Oh my God! These guys rock! Their service is beyond what I was expecting. I had been involved in an accident in early January where my Toyota had been rear-ended (completely rendering my vehicle unsafe to drive). For someone who works in Fort McMurray, on long shift work, 6 days/a week, purchasing a car can be a daunting experience – especially when there is very little available free time to do so, and with the added pressure of having to pay for a rental/per day. In this regard, I started looking for a new vehicle, but most importantly, I was also looking for a sales person that would ‘listen’ to my needs, time constraints and distance. I contacted Allan Bray on a Friday night via email (note that I have never met Allan or any of the staff at Cochrane Toyota). In my email I told Allan about my work constraints, distance, etc., and the vehicle I was interested in (2015 Toyota 4Runner) for which I had a couple of questions. Allan was prompt in getting back to me with answers to all my questions. Having made my decision to go ahead with the purchase on the phone, Allan then advised that Brandy Adams (Financial Services Manager) would be contacting me. Again, that conversation was taking place on my only day off (a Saturday), and once again, Allan came through by reassuring me that Brandy would call me right away. And, she did. Brandy is a doll in her approach. Her young age is surpassed by her professionalism and dedication to customers. She prepared all the documents, and added to the positive experience I was having. But, I was not done. I wanted the vehicle ready for pick up just a couple of days later – including winter tires on rims, I requested pictures of the 4 rim options they had, etc. Once again, the team came through and made my first ‘online’ vehicle purchase a breeze! Not only that, they threw in a free ride to help me return my rental to the airport. What more could a person like me ask for when free time is so precious? Oh, and the little details that Allan knew we women would appreciate: he highlighted areas in the ‘owners’ manual’ to facilitate immediate reading requirement, and programmed, on the spot, my cell to the truck’s system. Sweet!!! To Allan, Brandy and the rest of the staff at Toyota: I am your # 1 fan! You guys ROCK!!!

A few months ago, I failed to find my first car at a dealership in Calgary, and was genuinely surprised by the overall level of professionalism I found at Cochrane Toyota. When I first went there, Syenna showed me a used Toyota Yaris (I believe it was a 2009). After test driving it, I realized it really wasnt the car for me; I cant remember everything that was wrong with it now, but I remember the speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge were above the centre console, which really bothered me. She then showed me a 2012 Toyota Yaris which was much more to my liking; everything was where it should be. Unfortunately, I initially thought the car was out of my price range and told Syenna as much. Fortunately, she quickly showed me they were willing to negotiate on the price, and after a few rounds of negotiations, they came down to a price point I was comfortable with. In dealing with the other staff members at the dealership (Brent Matheson, Paul Hilliard, Kelly Baum, etc.), I found everyone to be friendly and approachable, and the whole atmosphere made me feel comfortable and happy with my whole car buying experience. Brent was very patient with me, and gave me lots of time to sort through and read all the various paperwork he sent my way. Whats more, Syenna pointed out there was a small scratch on my drivers side door which neither of us had noticed before. As compensation for the scratch, they actually gave me a $150 cheque to get it repaired at a body shop (Im not sure any other dealership wouldve done the same). As far as I know, Cochrane Toyota is locally owned and operated by a local resident, Alex Baum. This dealerships small town values, like honesty, integrity and dedication to their customers, really shine through. I cant thank you guys enough for the wonderful car buying experience you gave me. My 2012 Toyota Yaris is a great ride, and I would be happy to refer my friends and family to any of your sales team -- especially Syenna. Good job guys! You rock! :)

I was treated with the highest professionalism throughout the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle. After shopping around, I knew that I was getting a great deal on my new car. Jeff Decter took care of all of the details from start to finish. I was impressed with the Cochrane Toyota dealership as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly and I never felt pressured at all. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car , Jeff had all the paperwork ready. He had the car inside the dealership and went through the car with me, telling me everything that I would need to know as the owner of my new car. Jeff went above and beyond in loading the contact list from my iPhone into the cars system. I asked a lot of questions and Jeff was able to answer all of them. Jeff even took me down to the license registration office to make sure that I was able to obtain the proper registration and insurance. I have bought many cars in my life. Some car buying experiences have been positive and some have been unpleasant. I can say without hesitation that I have never had a car buying experience anywhere near as positive and enjoyable as the experience I had buying my new car from Jeff Decter of Cochrane Toyota. Its rare today to find someone who really knows their product and truly cares about their customer. I have recommended Jeff Decter and Cochrane Toyota to all my friends and colleagues who are looking to buy a new or used car.

The whole experience i had with TACOMA TOWN / COCHRANE TOYOTA was enjoyable. I live 400kms away and saw a truck i wanted to purchase online, so i emailed through the website and received a call from Chad Archer within the hour. We chatted and he was able to quote me over the phone. I liked the price so i headed out to Cochrane. When i arrived we took the truck for a spin and discussed feautres, options, warranties and extras which can be added to the truck. At this point i was introduced to a couple coworkers and everyone was very friendly and seemed genuinely excited for me. I came back the next morning with a trade in and requested winter tires and rims. They were all in stock, discounted, and installed quickly. While i was waiting for the protection package to be installed, i dealt with Montey Beegman. He handled the monetary side of the transaction and was great to deal with. Honest, to the point, no bs, fair gentleman. At the end of the day i got to Bang the Gong and drive my 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport back home. The whole 36 hour experience was smooth and i did not feel pressured. Montey and Chad listened to my requirements and referred me to Kyle in parts for specific knowledge on products and add ons. Buy a vehicle here. Bang the gong.
