Just awful! Terrible customer service. I usually go to AutoClean in Midnapore. I live in Legacy so I thought Id go give the one in Chaparral a try because its closer. Ive stayed away from this location because I like the single stall wash bays at AutoClean so I dont feel rushed. A shortened version of the story: I tried to get change, accidentally bought an touchless wash. No staff around for assistance as the shop part was closed already at 8pm in the evening. There was already a line up of cars behind me so I took whatever change it gave me and washed my car. You can understand how flustered I was, and on top of that, the exit door is not automated so I looked like even more of an idiot trying to figure out how to get out the door with the guy behind me giving me a honk. He got out and came up and pushed the button to open the door. I came back the next day to explain to the attendant what happened and she pretty much told me I was SOL. I tried to explain to her that it was an honest mistake for a first time customer. She then goes to point out my incompetence that it SAYS on the machine that its NOT A CHANGE MACHINE. Im sorry, but when there was a line up of cars waiting for me, Im not TAKING MY TIME to read all of the text. I told her that it was an honest mistake. She said, "you bought a carwash you didnt use. So were suppose to be out $12?" I explained to her that I usually go to a different carwash but I decided to give this one a chance. I asked for the contact information of the owner so I can explain myself to them. She said "Well Im the manager and thats as far as its going to go". I called her out and asked "So youre not willing to do anything about it?" She flat out said no and said I bought a carwash and someone else used it. I told her that she can witness my struggle on the cameras from last night and she got up, grabbed some keys and said "I can go look, but all Im going to see is you buying a wash that you didnt use" In my head Im screaming EXACTLY! I brought up the cameras again to point out my struggle and NOW she says it will take a week to get back to me. But you just said you were going to go look at the cameras! So I asked again for the owners contact and she said "Ok, Ill give you Kevins number, but its not going to change anything." She began to look for the number on her phone and all of a sudden closed her phone and said "You know what. Ill give you your money. Thats what you want right? Ill give you your money and you can go back to your carwash." I was just so shocked. No wonder this place is rated ONE STAR! Its because their staff treat BRAND NEW customers like this....dang.

I pulled into this place at 9:30 Saturday night with my two motor bikes and a Quad on a trailer. Ill say these machines were not "mud dirty" but just "dirty". As I was in line this burly guy in rain boots with a beard stormed over to me rude as hell like I was the guy who just ate his last cookie telling me that no way are quads, bikes, dump trucks, vans, Side by Sides or any really dirty vehicles were allowed in his wash and it’s been like that for 4 weeks. I asked why and he told me "because they are too dirty". Isnt this the purpose of a car wash - to wash dirty vehicles? When I asked him where I was suppose to wash my truck and bikes he said "somewhere else - not here, try an industrial park". What’s really going on is either they either cheaped out when building this place and their sumps can’t handle the silt/dirt or they are too lazy to clean the bays after people are finished washing their vehicles. Says he’s just the messenger and the owners set the rules. Next thing a guy in a black F150 comes in with waaaay more dirt/mud on his truck that all my bikes together. This guys sees him and send him away because his truck is too dirty. Unbelievable! My advice is avoid this place at all costs. Not customer friendly and will only let you wash clean cars........

Where the option for ZERO STARS!! Wow, this is the absolute worse business person ive ever ""met"". Was washing the box of my truck with just a little dirt from some stone i hauled earlier. there was no packed mud, no packed lumps of clay, nothing, it was essentially dust in the box, no worse then what would have been on the side of the truck. Anyway, this idiot car-wash guy comes running at me yelling "no no no stop stop stop" shaking his fingers at me.. i ask him what is the problem, he say " no no" (like these were the only two words he knew) points to my truck box and then points to the out door. Fine i said, what a crappy place and ill never come here again i said to him he walked off.. what a total tool this guy was. it takes alot to infuriate me, but fortunately for this guy i didnt punch him out.. or grab his finger and break it.. Idiot!!! Anyway, i would definitely NOT recommend going and wasting your time with this place. there are better car washes around. the Shawnessy or Okotoks ones are much better, more water time for your buck, can wash whatever you want. didnt get ripped off by machines, and staff are friendly...

Dog refused to get up in metal sink and there was a drain in floor and squeegee beside wash bay so I started washing dog beside floor drain. Man came in and got quite rude. I explained and thought that was why the squeegee was there. I said Id clean up any mess. He said the problem is the drains cant take the dog hair. My dog was full of soap so I asked if I could just rinse the dog. He again got rude so I left with a soapy dog! Seriously if pet hair is really causing issues with the drains either get a screen for your drains or dont have a petwash! Why do you think people bring dogs In the first place? I was not being unreasonable and made an honest mistake by assuming it would be okay to use the floor drain but seriously, if today is any representation of how customers get treated here I cant honestly recommend anyone giving this place a dime! What ever happened to treating people with a little respect???

Initial impression before even using the wash, I should have turned around and take my business elsewhere. The guy working there, heavy set fella, when I asked him about the prepay credit card machine, said "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, well see". Than I waited for 20 minutes for a bay to open. After I got in, it surprisingly worked. All was going good until after I pulled out. Now, dont let the bright lighting fool you. Their soap doesnt take anything off your vehicle. I spent about 10 minutes cleaning before rinsing off, and spot free, and the job done was terrible. Dont waste your time, plenty of other places a bit further away that will not take your money and run. The guy wouldnt give me an explanation other than you washed your vehicle wrong, its the salt on your paint. When I told him that was poor customer service, he shrugged his shoulders.
