**UPDATE** **After further communication with this company, I feel that they have taken the proper steps to resolve the issues we had on our wedding day. We were contacted by their customer service representative who apologized profusely and made things right.** Worst experience with a company Ive ever had. We hired Cascade to take us to and from our photo locations after our wedding in Canmore, and after being delayed over and hour on the highway, the driver then proceeded to get lost IN CANMORE for 45 mins. This resulted in us only getting 30 minutes to shoot our photos instead of the 3 hours we booked for. The driver was unapologetic and rude, only giving excuses. She didnt open the door for us, offer to help load bags, and told us we needed to give turn by turn directions as using her own GPS was "illegal". She offered no explanation as to how to operate the sound system, and the only AUX cord provided was broken. The outside of the limo had vomit residue outside of the passenger window, there were old beer cans from the last patrons inside the vehicle, the AC didnt work and it was 32 degrees outside, and the switch to move the window up and down was broken. Needless to say we wont be using them again, and will be telling anyone who will listen the same.

Cannot believe the treatment my son received at his wedding. The limo was dirty, had old beer cans in it from previous patrons, extremely late arriving and she got "lost", and refused to use her own phone for GPS (maybe company should provide this?) Said using her GPS was illegal?! They only could get 30 minutes of pictures instead of 3 hours! The AC wasnt working in 32 degree temperature, and the driver offered NO services such as opening doors etc. They all had a bag which the groom now had to crawl in and load into the back, in his suit, in 32 degrees, with no offer of help! UNREAL. When my son phoned to complain and ask for an explanation today only a partial refund was offered, he accused my son (even though he had 10 people who were in his wedding party that witnessed this all!), that his story had "discrepancies" from hers, and that if he wanted any more money back to see him in court and hung up on him!!!! This is absolutely appalling customer service.

I recently had the pleasure to use the Cascade Limousine service and have the following comments to make. First, the service was very timely and efficient. Second, the driver, Tony, was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful with me getting into and out of the car right after a surgery. Third, the service was very accommodative as we had a stop to make on the way home and Tony knew exactly where to go and where to park for a speedy retail purchase as I had to pick up some post surgery medicine. Fourth, the car was very comfortable, bright and positive inside, along with the conversation and access to the cars options once inside. In short, the overall experience was very positive and professional and from the owner to his driver, Tony, I was treated exceptionally well with a lot of courtesy, kindness, and professionalism and hence would strongly recommend Cascades service to any individuals or companies in need of a top tier limousine company while in Calgary.
