Edit post meeting with owner - August 29, 2016 I met with the owner today. We discussed what happened, and he indicated that he had already spoken to the employee in question regarding addressing customers in a polite manner. I outlined effectively what I have already posted, so he knew the situation. He was a personable guy, and I believe, a stand up business person. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars instead of one. I feel this is the best carwash in town in terms of facility. However, I will not be a return customer as the whole experience has soured me on going there. Edit: The owner of the facility has contacted me to discuss this issue. I will be heading over there the next opportunity I get. I am NOT looking for free washes or anything like that. I simply would like some assurance that my business is appreciated and that the grumpy attendant (NOTE: NOT the owner) gets a bit of an attitude adjustment. I think it is important not only for the business, but also for the employees own happiness also. Anyway, kudos to the owner for addressing the issue. -------original review below ------- I went to the Corral to clean my car. It was a sunny day, and there was a bit of a line up. No problem, I waited the extra five minutes as well, this is kind an expected thing for a car wash on a nice day. I moved my car in and washed it up. Its a dark colour, and one thing that I have found is that with Cochranes hard water, a mineral deposit gets left on the paint if it isnt cleaned off right away. I have tried the "spotless rinse" but it is not effective either. So I normally dry it run a cloth over it just to get the water off it. It normally takes about an extra three minutes as I try to work pretty fast (its a small car) and I understand that when I am doing that, the car wash is not making money. In their defence, this is against the rules posted on the signs adorning the car wash. Today however, while I was doing the wipedown (and hustling), the owner(?) came over and effectively told me to stop doing that as they had a line up of vehicles. Just then, a truck pulled up to the door. A lineup of vehicles? One truck? For some reason, while I understood the rule, the way in which the owner addressed me and told me to (and I quote) "go outside and do that". OK, Outside where? There is insufficient area outside the car wash as there was a number of vehicles parked out there already (note: not clean nor cleaning...just parked). As I indicated, my car is a dark colour, and I would like to just get the mineral deposits off. I note that other reviewers have made this same comment. The discourteous way in which I was addressed (which of course, prompted a snotty response from me I am embarrassed to say) indicated that as long as money is being spent, you are welcome at their facility. Starbucks, Tim Hortons, even the local ice cream stand does not work under the same principles. It is I thought, understood that if you have an interest in your vehicle they wish to be your partner in keeping it clean. Apparently, as long as you are feeding them money. I had no intention of taking any more than 3 minutes to wipe the vehicle down - although the owner had no way of knowing that - he could have asked or asked NICELY. I went through my credit card bills for June, July and August (up to today) and found I have spent almost 50 dollars per month cleaning my car at this car wash. (OK, Im a little anal about keeping my car clean, but it represents a significant investment and I would like to ensure that it remains as high value as it can even while depreciating). I know that the owner(?) has seen me and the car there before, and he has never once said "hello" or indicated that I or anyone else is alive in his eyes. The car wash facility is decent, but the owner (?) or the manager needs an attitude change, or needs to learn how to work with the public. Especially if someone is trying to keep a reasonably nice car clean. Not recommended, and I definitely wont be going back.

Been using this car wash for the last year since its the newest of the two in Cochrane, lets start with prices... Most expensive one Ive found outside of Ft McMurray so far. Mentioned it to the attendant, seemed to think I wasnt serious. One guy told me that it was $0.80 a minute, another told me it various depending on product being used?!? I set my timer on my phone washed and paid inside, not even close. It was around 20% higher then my estimate. Very expensive BMW sitting in front tells me that this car wash is doing very well whatever they choose to charge. Equipment is pretty good and the wash over all is OK, price is not. They recently upgraded their automatic bays and leave you with a cheaper option for touchless. I will not use any brush car wash on my black suv or truck period. Touchless Wash left my truck covered in soap and whatever other chemical it didnt rinse thoroughly. Total disappointment. I really liked the old automatic bays. My 2500 does not fit and needed to fold mirrors in etc. Pretty nice to have two big dirty spots after a wash because of this. So after spending hundreds of dollars here over the last 18 months, the upgrade to the auto bays is the final deal breaker for me. Told the wife to not go there anymore, I would wash my undercarriage there but nothing else. Not supporting a business that doesnt openly post their rates anywhere inside. Tons of car washes in Calgary for half the price, money saved easily covers the 20 minute drive to find someone who has to compete for my money and not a business who is the only modern option in town.

Im a car collector, I wash my vehicles often. The day with these guys started poorly. The minute the money stopped going into the machine, the old attendant with long white hair was kicking us out. Literally immediately after... Not only that, the entire time I was washing one of my cars, he was in the bay, in my way. Later in the day I come to realize that they charged me $125 while I was in there. After a ridiculous conversation with the attendant talking over me, I now have to get Visas legal team involved to reverse the charges. Will not be going back, will be spreading the word, and will be taking my fleet elsewhere. Get better guys, and dont hire a rude attendant to talk down to customers.

VERY, VERY overpriced. Especially the automatic wash. Auto Wash can actually cost you $25. Yes thats right, I said $25 for a car wash. The car wash is pretty nice, but not worth that kind of money. They have a bit of a monopoly in Cochrane as the other car wash is kind of at the other end of the spectrum. A smart person would invest in another car wash equally outfitted and undercut this car wash. They would make a fortune. The manual car wash is good at best. Like "Big Bucket" but twice the price. You save money driving into Crowfoot then driving back.
