Ive been a long time customer at Harpers recommended many people all my company vehicles are clean here. Recently I was in washing my wifes car I was giving it a quick hand wash with my own mitt and was told either I put money into wash or leave I was in shock considering I probably spend upwards of $7000 there a year washing company vehicles and personal vehicles. I shared this information with the attendant he informed me that he didnt care he just wanted to get me out and the next car in. While I understand it gets busy and the faster they move us out the more money they make Im not looking to take any business away from them I just want to wash my car my way. So Harpers the three dollars you saved pushing me out the door before my car was done ends up costing you $7000 in my business and Ill be letting everybody I know how I was treated .

I normally love this carwash, but I walked away a little dismayed on my last visit. I decided to spray down my floor mats, but only one of the clamps was actually working, so I just did the drivers side. I forgot to bring my paper towel, so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could have a couple sheets. Nope! Instead I was told Id have to buy an overpriced roll right there. I literally needed two sheets to dry the backside of my mat before putting it in. UPDATE: The bay I was using was the 2nd last one on the left when driving into the car wash. It was the right mat hanger; the clamp isnt powerful enough to hold the mat. As stated, I needed two sheets of paper towel (to dry the back of my floor mat) because I forgot mine...not a big ask.

Usually just love this car wash but tonight on March 3rd the staff member on was just terrible. It was super busy with 8-10 cars waiting and the employee parked his own car in a bay. Further as it got 20 minutes from closing (9:40PM) he closed 6 of the 8 bays and making the wait take forever. I was the last vehicle to get into the car wash leaving around 6 sitting in the line waiting with door locked - while they were still open!!! Not sure how you can call that good customer service... Just brutal

They advertise that they have an undercarriage wash but they have it turned off for "winter"...its September. When I asked if I could use it they said "no its off and doesnt do anything anyways" this seems a poor excuse as all the other wash bays have running water... Maybe dont advertise a service you refuse to provide and maybe answer your phones so I dont waste my time.

Enjoyed the car wash, powerful pressure with hot water. I think some car washes offer better value for time, this seemed to eat my toonies rather quickly. Could not tell if I can pay for a wash via credit card? I will probably visit again due to the wash being open later, but would be ideal if open 24H.

Awesome car wash the water is nice and warm and they arent cheap on their product and the staff are always great! The fact they accept every method of payment is awesome and convenient for everybody! Sucks that its always so busy Im not a patient person so I often end up going else where

This place could use a little more maintenance, but basically its perfect. Swipe your credit card and just wash as much or little as you want. I can generally wash and wax my car for about $4. Wish they got the under-carriage wash and the other credit-card machine working again though

You guys need to get your act together and fix your rinse and spot free cycles. Soap is constantly being mixed into the water so I cant actually rinse my car. Ive been coming here for years and the new change in ownership has been a big let down. Im not coming here again.

This car wash has much better soap than the one down the hill and around the corner. Their creditcard pay is a little more complicated than it needs to be but works well once you figure it out. Only complaint is theres no large wash bays for larger vehicles.

4.5/5 - Coin Operated & Code Operated; change machine on-site, can also purchase wash time with debit/credit. Hot water, lots of soap, easy to use facility and Ill be going back for more. The rainbow foam is probably a waste of time/money, but it smells great!

Clean and equipment is in good shape and seems well maintained. Am able to clean my vehicle for $5 rather than $7 at most others. Does not take credit card in the stalls, but I believe you can get a voucher when paying with credit card near the exit.

Best carwash in the city by far. Great pressure, pre-soak that works, and warm water. I had been to a few others before my friend showed me this one, and I havent gone to another since. I live in the NW and ONLY go to this wash.

This may just be my new go-to carwash. Spacious clean bays, good sudsy soap, and friendly service. Also well-lit compared to other pay and spray car washes, so you can actually see how clean the car is before you drive out.

called to make sure that it was open on a colder (but warmer than the past few days) day, and wound up having a great conversation. Nice to speak with someone who has a personality. Great pricing, super fast, enough said.

Very well run with spacious bays. Their foam brushes are some of the best Ive seen in town with plenty of thick lather. Only downside; word is out and theyre usually very busy except early morning or late evening.

My top pick for wash bays in Calgary SE. The soap actually contains soap, and the water is hot! Wait times can be pretty long during peak times (before work 8am, and after work 5pm). Space to dry off and vacuum.

This place use to be 5 stars to me. I loved the opened 24 hours bit but they stopped that and the modes seem to take ever to change wasting your wash time you paid for. Still a good wash besides that stuff.

$1 gets you 60 seconds of wash. Unlike some other coin wash, this 8 bay self wash location only requires $1 to start the wash making it more of a relaxing experience knowing I can better time my wash.

One of the few car washes Ive found with a quality pre-soak that basically eliminates the need to use the brush. Costs a bit more than others but the wash is always the best.

Lineups arent too bad. I also enjoy how you get your own private wash bay, it makes you feel like you can take your time without having people breathing down your neck.

The staff is great and the water is hot. I wish they had engine/tire cleaner, bug remover, and a bit higher pressure but otherwise a great car wash.

Takes credit and cash. Good access and a decent payment system. Have found it to be a bit more expensive than some carwashes, but not unreasonable.

Good place for do-it-yourself washing. Their prepaid cards, in my opinion, dont save you any money. I think they rip you off on it somehow.
