I stopped buy here one August to purchase a new vehicle. I cant remember his name, but I clearly remember that he used to be a truck driver. Once he found out my husband was a Class 1 Driver he started showing me photos of his Semi and told me stories about entering it in show and shines. Okay, I thought I was there to buy a vehicle not relive your glory days as a Truck Driver. It was Ford Employee Pricing so I thought I was getting the best deal on the vehicle I decided on. This was a Monday. He told me that he would need to bring in the vehicle from a different dealership when I asked him which one he REFUSED to tell me, he said that if he told me that I would go to them. I should have ran then but I didnt. He told me the vehicle would be on their lot on Wednesday. On the Tuesday night I got a call from my mother who told me that she found the same vehicle with MORE options than the one SCAM Clark was selling me for LESS. I thought that was weird so I went on ford.ca and priced out the vehicle with the EXACT options as the one Super Trucker was trying to sell to me it was $10 000 LESS!!!!!!!!!! I printed out the online build and went to visit the salesman on Wednesday. This time I had my husband with me and all he wanted to do again was talk about his semi. Finally I got him to go over the details of the vehicle and cost and when he was done i slid the print out to him and asked him why the price was so much higher than what Ford was quoting me? He went silent and then started to try and convince me it had different options etc. I told him I would have to think about it and left. The next day I called a Dealership located south of Edmonton and purchase my vehicle over the phone and guess what? It was the SAME price as ford.ca was quoting me. NOT $10 000 more. The vehicle I decided on was being delivered to the dealership on Friday so I made an appointment to pick it up on the Saturday. I sent the SCAM Clark salesman an email Thursday evening advising him that I decided to go elsewhere. He must have had Friday off as I never heard from him but on Saturday I did. He called me starting at 8 am and kept calling me until I arrived at the other dealership. I never answered his calls but he left voicemail. He left so many he filled it. He also sent me text messages. After every call he sent a text. He was trying to guilt me for not buying the vehicle. He said things like he was "counting" on the sale (it was month end). Just a bunch of BS. And when I wouldnt give into the guilt he got NASTY and MEAN with the text messages telling me how i disappointed him and i was not a woman of my word. I finally had to call my wireless provider and have him blocked on a network level. I was worried he was going to show up at my door later that day as he had my address b/c i left a cheque as a deposit. So yeah this is why I call them SCAM Clark Ford. And I did go back to them for service as I bought a pre-paid maintenance package but they wanted to charge me b/c the couldnt find the record of my prepaid maintenance with Ford. I went for a 2nd service and I had an appointment and I sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours, why the hell do they take appointments? An oil change does NOT take 4 hours! Even if I move back to Calgary/Airdire I wont be going here.

I give one star as I cannot post without giving at least that...however I would give zero if I could...please read to the bottom as I am now changing this review to a 5 star. I can hardly describe how bad the service has been and unfortunately it is not over. My 2014 Escape broke down on Good Friday (April 14). I had to call Roadside Assistance who were, btw, great. They towed my vehicle to the closest dealership which was Cam Clark in Airdrie. Good Friday of course they are closed, nonetheless my car was there. I confirmed the morning of the 15 that it was there. A man in the Fast Lane confirmed. I received a call on Monday from Chris Jones who proceeded to tell me that the problem was a blown block heater and it would be $1050 to fix. I asked why as the last day of the warranty was Saturday the 15th. "We didnt write the work order until the 17th and the warranty will only cover as per their work order date". Seriously!!! Are you kidding me? My car was in your hands, it was confirmed in your hands but because you didnt do your paperwork I have to pay $1050!!! I called Ford and they opened a "case". I received a call from them today stating that they stand by the work order date and consider me after warranty. They are going to check if the warranty company will provide an exception but no guarantee and if they wont then I am responsible for the bill. I cant believe that this is their policy and they stand behind a company that clearly did not do their job. Here I am a week later and still without a car. I have not been offered a courtesy car or offered any compensation of any kind for my time and trouble. This is my first Ford and will definitely be my last. I am disgusted that a company of this size considers this to be fair and reasonable customer service. This is not customer service of any kind. It is a clearly a breach of contract with a total disregard for the needs of their customers. I am nervous now about whether they should even do the job. What other corners will they cut while repairing my vehicle? Unfortunately Ford has me over a barrel. The cars in their hands and un-driveable until repaired. This company does not stand behind their product and does absolutely nothing to take care of their customers. Disgusted in Airdrie!!! Update April 23, 2017 Stacey from Cam Clark Ford has redeemed their company. She responded to this review and apologized for the treatment I received. She asked questions. She clarified the facts. She arranged for my vehicle to be fixed on a Saturday by borrowing parts from another dealer and arranging for a technician to come in specifically to do the repairs. My car is back in my hands at no cost to me as it should be when it breaks down before the end of warranty. This is customer service. Thank you Stacey. Thank you Cam Clark Ford. On the other hand...Ford the company and the area supervisor that was dealing with this situation...they still have not responded with a clear answer! It is all moot at this point as Cam Clark has stepped up but Ford the company has lost my respect. I have 11 payments and then I think Ill go buy a...hmmm...I dont know. Anything but a Ford!

DO NOT USE this auto body shop!! I was involved in an accident with my F150 crew cab( 4 doors) at the beginning of August 2015. Front passenger side was damaged. The impact pushed the corner panel back enough to where the front door wouldnt open. I bought my truck NEW from Cam Clark Ford, Airdrie in Feb 2015. I had a great experience then. I had heard nothing but good about the work their auto body shop does. I wanted Ford parts and Ford experienced people doing the work, so it was a given that my truck would go there to get fixed. I was told the repair would take 8-10 business days. In reality, it was with them on 4 different occasions for a total of 30-40 days. I didnt get a single courtesy call to let me know what was going on, until the last time I brought it in (yes, that would be the 4th time). I had to call them. Now the issues... ~They replaced the front light assembly, but neglected to line it up. ~The washer fluid container was allegedly replaced ( they couldnt tell me for sure) but never re-filled. ~They replaced my antennae with one that was dinged up telling me that it was original. (my truck had around 9400 kms at the time) ~ 3M was replaced over the newly painted, fresh from the factory front corner panel, but it was wavy. Now the fun stuff... ~They scratched the back corner panel above the tail light at some point. I pointed it out and they took immediate responsibility and said theyd fix it. Well... They used a paint pen that was almost the right color and left a nice textured strip of new paint over the scratch then tried buffing it out. The clear coat was removed in a circle around the size of a softball. I could see the damage from about 20. Then they repainted the whole panel to fix the first paint blunder. It came back a completely different color. Naturally it went in for the 3rd time. They got it that time. ~It took 3 times for the the front passenger door to be lined up properly. One manager told me that I probably bought the truck like that. (Out a little is fine, but 1/2" after an accident...? come on!) Another manager told me that they lined up the middle of the door, but must have missed the top??? Is that possible? ~I called the boss and he obviously talked to his guys. They werent happy to see that Monday morning. My truck was brought in for the fourth time. Back panel was painted beautifully, but oh look, you buffed another lovely scratch into the cab. They also, re-painted the front panel (wavy) and tried to fix a small "warp" in that new panel. The one I told you about... The fresh from the factory one. They decided to use bondo, or its equivalent, on this brand NEW panel thats on my brand NEW truck. WOW! The guy that I was dealing with, the whole time, told me that any other issues that I might have, Id have to talk to the manager. Like he washed his hands of me. Like I had done something wrong by insisting they do a proper job for which they had been fully paid for. You were given the work out of loyalty and trust and good word from others... Thats done with me now!
