This place is a complete scam. I bought a car there a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. I made the mistake of not having the car inspected before I bought it. I did not turn the heater on when I took the car for a test drive. I did not think of turning it on as the weather was nice. A month later, when it got chilli, I turned the heater on and noticed a burning smell. I took it to a shop and found out that the transfer case was leaking. The transfer case sends power to the rear wheels on an AWD car. At first I thought that I was just unlucky and that I had somehow broken the transfer case. However, the mechanic showed me that someone had already attempted to fix the transfer case using silicon. This is completely unacceptable. A cracked transfer case cannot be fixed, it needs to be replaced which cost about $2500 if you buy the part new. It is clear that this dealership did not want to invest this amount of money in this car so they just temporarily "fixed" the car in order to sell it. I was forced to fix it as the problem was getting worse day by day and my health was at risk. I would never recommend this place. They are con artists.

Absolutely despicable experience here... Arrived to try a 2011 Sonata that was well advertised for a reasonable price. First off, the cars battery had to be jump started, and the dealer also told us it had been in a accident and the entire front end was rebuilt which was not disclosed in the ad... All of this would not have been that big of a deal if it had not been for the test drive experience. Absolutely terrifying, the power steering FAILED multiple times, nearly losing control of the vehicle in traffic. The lights inside also kept flickering as if it were about to die. I am disgusted that such a vehicle is being advertised for sale let alone given to somebody to test drive... Someone is going to get seriously injured. The cherry on top was the fact that the dealer had the gall to call my cell phone multiple times after I had left very upset with my experience. BEWARE!!!

Absolutely disgusting sales company. The ad was incorrect when I bought the car in March. No mention of a big crack on thr front window from 1 side to the other. Rust along the door frames. Little dents all around the car. Front bonet all scratched. Spare tire bald. I had no choice but to buy this car as I was stuck in Calgary. 1 month later the car wont start. This was because there was no wheel guard protecting thr relay. This what then repaired for $700 and now the ABS is shot and that is going to set me back more money. Currently stuck in Pemberton with no accommodation and a broken car. Would not touch this place ever again. The salesman was an absolute joke trying to bump the price up when I got there. They take advantage of people like me who are in need of a car while travelling. Take your money elsewhere.

Ive purchased a Pontiac Torrent AWD from this place back in September 2016 and Ive been very happy with my vehicle. They have continued to take care of my vehicle such as repairs and tires at a very reasonable price. They also can get busy from time to time, but the mechanic knows his work and is very reliable. Simon, Faras and Sergei (mechanic) are very patient and helpful without complaints. If you want a good reliable used vehicle then I recommend this place because of the great service they provide. Thumbs up to this place.

Not the tidiest place in the world, and the lot is honestly sort of crowded, but the actual sales and working staff are patient, friendly, and honest! And, lets face it, when you want a used car, youre far more concerned about the integrity of the people rather than how nice the lobby is.
