Service going downhill it seems. Went in looking for a specific product from a line they readily carry, part number and everything, they didnt have any in stock, guy wouldnt even check to see if they could order it for me. Called the south store and the lady checked for stock, had none, but then immediately called their supplier and had it ordered for me for the next day without me even having to ask! North location has some lazy employers now, shame, use to be awesome. One of the guys who use to be at the North location left to start "All In One Autobody" down the street, great service there too.

EDIT: After returning for a replacement can, they were very understanding and dealt with my stupidity respectfully. They gave me a new mix free of charge. It turned out a can i thought had no pressure was just clogged. Its unfair to review a business based on one bad experience, and I rescind my previous review. The owner is a friendly guy, and the staff were very patient. Although it can feel a little small inside at times, its generally due to plenty of customers in at the same time. Will update this review as needed, but i dont think I will need to.

Zero customer service. Was told I could see samples of color changing paints by the south store. They looked at me at the North store like I was speaking a different language, mentioned going to the web site then kept working on the computer behind the desk. I had to ask again if he was looking something up or just ignoring me....he was ignoring me. This company is only there to sell you things only when you already know exactly what you want. Dont expect ANY kind of help at all if you have any questions.

This people are really professionals I been there two days ago looking red paint for my Toyota GT86. The original C7P doesnt match in my car (I dont know the reason) They scan my car and give me the right colour, plus some advices to make a great repair. I finished my paint repair today, always following all the directions that they give me, and the results are simple amazing Great prices too. Thank you very much guys. You have a new customer.

Even though they are busy they always find a way to help! Whenever Im feeling down the store makes me happier just in general because the workers are always smiling and offering help wherever and whenever I need it. I definitely recommend going there and I know I will never stop shopping there. Im blown away at the level of service at Calgary body shop.

I usually buy color spray from here, the service is good, but recently the colors are thin and my complains were not effective. They told me they just change the color or refund for the case that the sold color is different !!!!!
