Very straightforward purchasing process. I was able to negotiate a deal that I felt was fair (although to be honest their price was pretty competitive to begin with). When picking up my truck, I was told that it had had to be jump started, even though it had been driven recently within the last few days. Parked the truck a half hour later, and it wouldnt start again. Wiggled battery terminals, and it started - gauges flickering and lots of electrical isues. Checked battery posts closer.. corroded all to hell. Cleaned them up and everything has been perfect from then on. Secondly, I received the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel. Mildly annoyed at that. Make sure you negotiate a full tank of gas with your purchase! Thirdly, it still had summer windshield washer fluid in the reservoir - It was a nice day for my test drive, and a cold day when I picked it up. Frozen solid. Overall, I had a decent experience. I really appreciated Eugenes low pressure sales process. He wasnt phoning me and emailing me to follow up. There is some room to improve with their sales preparation, however. Oh well, nobody is perfect. I would return to these guys again if they had a vehicle I was interested in.

I was a bit leary after reading 2 not so great reviews but took a chance anyways. Soooooo glad I did AMAZING SERVICE, friendly, honest, no pressure at all, super clean vehicles & the best part I saved thousands by going to them! I looked and looked everyday for hours on end at Kijiji, Auto trader, Carguru u name it, I was getting so frustrated with looking and having dealers give me the run around. Calgary Auto Quest had the best prices & no pressure service by far. I put a deposit down then changed my mind, they gave me back my $500 no problem! I ended up buying the vehicle a few days later. I dealt with Fares he was awesome always contacted me back and answered all my 1000 questions I had. I would definitely deal with him again and would not hesitate to send my family and friends there. I love love love my new vehicle. Thxs Calgary Auto Quest and Fares keep up the good work! ! going to them

Purchased 2013 VW Golf R that was just newly arrived on the lot. Mikhail T. was my salesman - he was easy to deal with, courteous, and not too high pressure. Yes, he wanted a sale, but it was easy discussion, not high pressure tactics. AutoQuest dont sell junkers. They gave me the CarProof and let me take a really good test drive. This is the first car I have not felt compelled to haggle over the price because they had carefully priced it. I was able to compare the same model for sale at another dealer - more milage and higher price than Calgary Auto Quest. The car was beautifully detailed prior to my final pickup. Ive had the car 2 months, and am 100% happy. Northland VW confirmed the car was in great shape when I took it in for the first service. I would recommend these guys - they handled everything very professionally.

This is my second experience with Calgary Auto Quest. Helped my younger brother buy a Lexus last year and just bought an Infiniti for myself. Everyone I dealt with - Eugene, Mikhail & Fares were friendly and helpful. I shopped around quite a bit before this purchase and some used car dealerships are pretty sketchy. This one is professionally run. They were more than happy to deliver my car to a third party shop for a pre-purchase inspection - which shows their transparency and belief in their product. Very clean lot and office, consistent quality, luxury inventory and great staff. I will recommend them to family and friends and will happily do business with them again. What an amazing car buying experience! I cant speak highly enough of Eugenes level of customer service, honesty, fairness, support and guidance along the whole process. This is how car purchasing should be like, hassle-free, without the usual sales pressure tactics, open and honest, with all the cards on the table. Exceptional customer service, very clear and detailed presentation of the car, nothing hidden, great selection of cars to choose from...Impressive! This is my second vehicle purchased from Calgary Auto Quest. The first one was 3 years ago and I brought it back for a trade in. Eugene was amazing! Let us test drive every car that we were interested in and once I chose the car, the paperwork including payout of previous loan was done right away. He also had me approved the same day and by the time we were done with the paper work the car was fueled up, plates changed and warmed up for me. Eugene was polite and very professional. They also offer the extended warranty option once the factory warranty expires and imports are expensive to fix. I highly recommend Calgary Auto Quest! Great prices, great service!

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 335i X-drive at this dealership. From start to finish Eugene was extremely cooperative in helping me understand everything there was to know about the vehicle. And when it got down to the paperwork he was very involved and assisted me with everything that I needed to finalize the deal. Most importantly, Eugenes approach to doing business is very relaxed without the compromise of his professionalism. Ive never felt so at ease at a car dealership. Surprisingly open & straightforward which normally I wouldnt expect from a dealership compared to many other places ive been to. I had the pleasure to deal with Mikhail Fares and Eugene and the process was easy from start to finish. I came in on Saturday and they were so busy, definitely surprised it was only the three of them at the dealership. They have a lot of very nice cars at good prices that are tough to find elsewhere and had many different models to chose from since I was only looking at luxury vehicles. I LOVE MY AUDI!! I was very hesitant to come here with a few bad reviews, but man was I glad I didnt miss this little gem of a dealer. Ive bought from a few dealers in town over the years, and their, high pressure tactics are a joke. But this place was great, staff truly ask the right questions to make sure your getting what you want. I came into my Honda ridgeline with confidence I was paying $2000 below anyone else was offering for the same year/make/model. I love this place any will not be buying from anyone else as long as these guys are around.

Recently purchased my daughters first vehicle. We loved the low pressure salesmanship and the fact that you could browse the lot without a salesperson jumping on you like a hawk. When we were interested in a test drive, Mikhail was very helpful and let us take the car out for as long as needed. We negotiated a fair price and the process was very comfortable.
