With pleasure, I wanted to take out my time to write about Calgary Auto Connection and the entire team for their honesty and integrity. My special thanks goes to Muncie and Marc for their upfront honesty, hard work and striving to ensure that I am fully satisfied with my purchase which I am. My situation was different and I bought 2013 JX 35 fully loaded with out seeing nor driven the vehicle and was delivered to me which is around 700 km away from Calgary. It was a difficult decision as such but yes with their impeccable service I knew that I was in safe hands and my every penny that I spent to purchase this vehicle was worth and respected by Muncie and Marc. Throughout my purchase, Muncie was on board taking out his time to send pictures, the list of his own concerns in regards to this segment which was very upfront. Furthermore, my list of concerns were also fully respected. He has also covered the cost of reprogramming of power lift gate after the vehicle delivery which is rare to find in todays market. I am very happy with my purchase and thanks Muncie for making my purchase hassle free. Indeed, your honesty and hard work makes you stand out among others. In regards to Marc, he gave me the best financing interest rate with his great strategy. He changed the banks twice to ensure that I got the best interest rate which was indeed lower from the first rate. Thank you Marc. I looked online for a Jeep Liberty & found one here at the right price in my budget, so I called them up & spoke with George, told him what I was interested in & he preapproved me for a loan & held the Jeep until I could take it for a test drive. My kids & I loved it from the start, so I spoke with George some more about the monthly financing payments & warranty, I told him what worked for me & he made it happen! They even offered to give me new tires, repair seat & side mirror frame without me asking & no hassles! When the day came for me to pick it up they filled the tank with fuel & handed me the keys, the process of purchasing could not have been easier! I will also mention that if you have any issues with the vehicle after purchase they will handle that as well with no hassle, as I experienced some backend noise, took in it to a shop to get checked & the cost was covered by them entirerly! The mechanic was actually supprised to deal with them as they offered to pay to cost of the repair. The cause of repair was no fault of theirs as they had new tires put on & the shop they used was at fault. Another thing, the mechanic did an overall check & found no other issues. Thank you George & Zac for making my purchase as smooth as possible! I will be recommending you to others I know!

I recently bought a 2012 Acura RDX from here, after MANY months of searching (lol ..I am pretty indecisive, and being that this is my first major vehicle purchase, I wanted to be sure that it was the right vehicle) I would like to take this opportunity to applaud the team at Calgary Auto Connection for being super patient, and for addressing all of my concerns along the way. My dealings were mostly with Muncie, but this review goes for the whole team, as every encounter I have had with anyone from Calgary Auto Connection has been exceptional!.. especially compared to what I was used to from other dealerships up until now! I absolutely could not be happier with the assistance I received from these guys during the entirety of the process. These guys are super knowledable and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are truly happy. No non-sense, honest, no pressure. You can be rest-assured that you are in good hands with these guys, & that is so important with a big purchase such as a vehicle. If youre in the market for a vehicle, go here! You will not be disappointed! The bar has been raised for used car dealerships in Calgary due to Calgary Auto Connection. Absolutely perfect :)

Found the car I was looking for at Calgary Auto Connection so I went over to check it out. When I got to the lot I found my car and inspected it for quite some time and then went inside to discuss the car a bit. I was immediately offered a test drive and handed the keys. I was also allowed to take the car out alone which was especially nice. When I returned we discussed an error message in the car which they agreed to rectify at no extra cost. It was difficult to negotiate a better price, however the car was already an exceptional value at asking price (which Im sure they knew, and of course was the reason I went there in the first place) so I didnt mind settling on the price we agreed to. All their cars, from what I can tell - are a good value. They even arranged to have the car delivered to me, with the repair complete and car detailed 1.5 hours away from their lot. Personally, I dont like to be approached and nagged when shopping for anything, including cars, so Auto Connections relaxed, no pressure attitude about everything made this experience top notch and I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again. The service was the best I have ever had! I have a huge list of things that I really appreciated. First off, there is zero pressure to buy, which we really appreciated because we had been turned off other dealerships pressure tactics. Secondly, they understand that couples need time to discuss things in private, so you never feel like you have to make a decision right away. Thirdly, they have all the car proofs on site so you can see as soon as you ask. Fourthly, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and they even contacted my insurance company to make sure I could get the car the day I needed it. They are also located very near to a registry so you can get all that stuff squared away very quickly. Lastly, they provide other services like windshield replacement and even recommended an auto-body shop for our other vehicle. All in all they are very kind, and they let the cars sell themselves, and we left feeling positive about our decision and we are still very pleased with the car we purchased and their continued customer service.

This place is a jok with 0 customer service. Anyone going to this crappie place do ur research before wasting your precious time. I am a professional hard working person With good credit. First of all Gorge "the Manger" with 0 professionalism filling my application focusing on the monthly payment, rather than the overall cost of the car, he wouldnt even ask me how many years I wanted the terms to be. He told me he would call me the next day which he didnt so I called in after 2 days telling me the bank approved me conditionally only if I provide them with my pay stubs which I did. And they havent returned my calls yet When they know they dont benefit $$ from you so they come up with different excuses. Buddy Theres more better dealers out there.
