Bad Service? Blame the Receptionist… I recently had my vehicle repaired via insurance through TD and everything was fine upon pick up. It was nice to know that the work they’ve done on my vehicle is covered by a life time warranty. However, a few months later I noticed my side skirt on my driver side was sticking out about half an inch. The double sided tape used was not strong enough; I took the liberty to fix this myself and taped it back on with stronger tape. A couple weeks later I noticed the passenger side having the same issue. At this point I decided to bring this back to Crowfoot Image to have this fixed. I went down to the shop on my day off and showed them the issue and they said due to the cold weather and how busy they were, they could not fix it that day and would have to drop in another day. This is unfortunate as they are only open 8-5 Monday – Friday which is very inconvenient. I called them a couple months later explained in detail what I needed, the receptionist advised me it was not necessary and to just drop in and they would service it right away. Because of their store hours I had my partner drop off the vehicle for me to find out that they were too busy and I had to book an appointment…after she got there. I was talking to Brandon and he advised me the receptionist must have not checked my file and told me to drop in. What’s the difference? Their work is under warranty... Now we have to make a 3rd trip for something that should have been done right the first time. It is extremely frustrating that customers have come back to have their car fixed properly, and the piss poor customer service that you have to deal. Crowfoot Image offers a “Warranty” just like most insured body shops; only difference is they waste your time first to fix their own mistake.

Today I got back my repaired van which was rear-ended by a distracted driver in Oct. I am unhappy with the repair. 1) The new bumper doesnt fit well on the right side. I can easily bent the bumper by hand. 2) The license plate frame is missing, they just hang my license plate with two screws. If the license plate frame is no longer usable, are they supposed to replace a new one for me? We had our cars repaired in two other shops in the past. They made our cars like new from interior to exterior. This time Crowfoot just clean up 80% of the interior, the exterior was finished a bit. Windshield and all windows are dirty with water marks, which appears worse than the time I brought in. Also, after appraisal, I was told that I had to wait for 2 weeks until they had time to repair. It is the busiest shop I have heard! I suspect they wanted to wait for the shipment of new back door, rather than they didnt have time. Anyway, I had to drive my badly damaged van for 2 weeks and got insulted. If I know that I had to wait for so long for repair, I definitely wouldnt go to this shop. The final repair cost is $11,237, rather than $8700 they quoted. The difference seems quite big to me. If we know that the repair cost is over $10,000, maybe we have the choice of total lost? Another issue that comes up to me is the security. They called me one day afternoon, just 5 min before the shop is close. So I went there the next day to get back my van, which was unlocked at that time. I hope my van wasnt unlocked overnight before I picked up. I highly dont recommend this shop.

One of the worst auto body experiences I have ever dealt with. The only positive note was that they were quick and efficient. Too efficient as they cut way too many corners on the repair. They claim to have replaced my hood, but when I picked up my truck there were tonnes of rock chips. My tow mirror is no longer heated and will not defrost. Not too mention it pushes forward past what it should. My fog light bulb which they had replaced lasted a week. My left door speaker crackles, pops, and loses audio. My high beams do not work when my lights are on auto setting. I had my truck in yesterday for an oil change and the mechanic said that the left headlight wiring was one of the worst hack jobs he has ever seen. And not too mention all my stereo settings were changed and the bass was cranked way up when I got the truck back. And no, that is not from the battery being unplugged or the settings would have gone back to factory. Way not impressed with this shop. Worst part was my insurance company recommended them. I work a very busy schedule (6 days a week) and cannot afford to take time off of work or I would have taken my truck back to the shop before writing this review. I am truly disappointed in the outcome of this repair. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this shop to anyone. I apologize for the negative review, but something needs to shape up over there!!

These guys are great and honest. If something is found to be unnecessary, they dont charge you at all and do some minor work for free. My passenger side fog light fell off, because of a past collision with unknown material on the highway. During the estimation, I was told that replacement is needed, and the parts price was higher than expected. (the parts price is the price I paid on the estimation day). But once they actually started working on my car, they found that no replacement is necessary and they just glued the fog light for free. They decided to return the parts and reimburse me the parts price. A more thorough estimation was necessary, so that I didnt have to go back and forth (thats why I cant give them five stars). But at least they try to be honest with you. I will just wait for the reimbursement cheque! If my car gets hit in the future (although it should not happen), the first place I will consider would be these people.

Had our vehicle repaired here and overall we were very happy. We had never had to have a repair done before so I admit I was a bit unsure but the process was laid out clearly. They were finished a little quicker than quoted. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, not your typical "garage" type waiting room. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed to our satisfaction and we would likely return here if there was a need but hopefully not!

Have dealt with Crowfoot Image for a number of years and am always pleased with quality of service and work. My latest experience was dealing with a 3rd party insurance claim (rust protection, as part of vehicle purchase) and the insurance companys reluctance to cover me. Sean helped build the base and prove claim was valid. In the end, a payout was given. Much appreciated to Sean and the shop guys.

Booked me in as early as they could, quick appraisal was done. When the time came for repair I dropped off with their key drop and it was done when they said it would be. High quality work done and to my surprise they cleaned the car up inside and out! Highly recommended! Family has used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
