I was rear-ended a number of weeks ago, and was recommended to go to Cochrane Image Auto Body by my insurance company (it is a shop that guarantees the work to my insurance company). This made my life super simple, after bring the car to the shop to get inspected for damage, they directly sent the quote to my insurance company. My appointment was initially scheduled to last a week (drop off Monday morning, and pickup Friday afternoon), but was pleasantly surprised/confused when they called wednesday around noon to notify me that my car was ready for pickup. I was more than pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism displayed by all staff members. Not to mention my rear-bumper now looks brand new. They also cleaned up my car top to bottom. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs done in the Cochrane area.

I have been a few auto body shops and Cochrane Image is one of the best. Their reception area is renovated well, tidy, receptionist well trained. This is the second time I went to there and I am treated well, consistent to the first time and this prompted me to write this review. Their damage evaluation session is by appointment only, when that is complete, they contact the insurance company and then the car owner for repair appointment. If car rental expense is covered by the insurance company, they pre-arrange that for the car owner so that the day I bring in the car for repair, the car rental company will pick me up to get a rental car for the repair period of time. Last time, my car was repaired well. The whole experience was pleasant and un-eventful. Thank you CIAB.

Ended up hitting a deer coming down in to Cochrane and went through Image Auto Body through insurance. Rental was seamless and quick and was provided updates on the fixes of the car. After getting my vehicle back a few days later, I noticed one of my headlights was out. I brought it back to the shop to see if it was just a wiring issue or if it was burnt out (Would obviously just pay for a new bulb and install it myself if it was burnt out). They took it in to the shop and within 5 minutes I had my car back. Bulb was burnt out and they just replaced it free of charge. Great service here at Image Auto Body and would definitely recommend their shop if youre need to make an insurance claim

No one likes to go to an autobody repair shop of course! But unfortunately we had to bring our Lexus RX350 in and this shop was recommended by our insurance company. I was dubious about a shop in a small town when there are so many in Calgary to choose from but our friends in Cochrane said they were good. Good isnt sufficient...they were AWESOME! From first visit my wife was not treated as a bimbo, but with respect and explained things. The workmanship and final product was amazing, I thought they had given us a new SUV by mistake! So, highly recommended!!! 10 out of 10. So if this doesnt convince you, not sure what to say!

I took my car here for some front end work, they were quick, although I noticed after I had picked my car up, that they had rummaged through my trunk and left all my belongings in a big mess. There was no need for them to even go near the trunk. IF YOU GO HERE, TAKE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE HAND! The repair work was done relatively well, although considering how expensive it was, i expected better work. I will not be bringing my car here again, nor recommending their services.

We have taken a few cars here (unfortunately for us), and Cochrane Image has been very good with all of them. Most of them have been german imports and they have done a very good job. We will use them again. One comment, last case they over torqued one of the wheels (all the nuts) on the car. I had a hell of a time changing it to winters. I suspect they may have had a newbie putting on ties that day as I havent experienced that in the past. Will visit again!

We have had two of our vehicles repaired at Image Auto Body and on both occasions flawless repairs. The last was major damage by a deer strike and the car was returned in better condition than before the incident. I highly recommend Image Auto Body. Most importantly the staff are most accommodating, having the interest of their clients first and foremost.
