After randomly blowing a tire on Stoney Trail in the NE, and realizing that I forgot to charge my phone, I walked several hours to find a phone and a ride so I could get a new tire and get my precious work van back on the road. Upon arriving back at my vehicle which I pulled far off the road for everyones safety, I was super duper excited to find it gone! And after a bit of confused searching, I learned that these guys now had it in their lot. I found this great and awesome because I needed my van back urgently and so what a convenience it was to drive far across the city to get it. And for a small fee of almost $400 dollars, I was able to gain access to it again. I wanted to then put my new tire on right there and then and drive away, but they have a wonderful rule that you have to pay even more money to get it towed out first. This is so that youre not doing any form of work on their lot. Amazing idea! At this point I was bursting with joy! My silly misfortune now turned into a great adventure! Not only did I help line the citys deep pockets with more huge profits, but by blowing a tire and wrecking my rim in the process, a nice hard working man like myself had his vehicle towed and impounded. And the best part is I have been charged the exact same fees as a drunk driver who had his car towed and impounded for drunk driving! And the staff always smile at your misfortune! 5 stars! And I dont know who the tow company is who brings them in, but I love them too! Had they called the giant phone number on the van letting me know it was being towed in the fist place, I wouldnt have wasted time bringing a tire and tools back out to it. 5 stars for them too!

Terrible customer service! I arrived 7am when they opened, I asked the front desk clerk how many hours of storage fee is he charging me, he said 3 hour, and I ask him to explain where the 3 hour is from, and he said since my car was towed in 5pm yesterday, they start counting fees after 12hrs, so 5am they start counting. Therefore, 5oclock, 6oclock and 7oclock is three hour......, i couldnt believe what i just heard, how is 5am - 7am equal to three hours. I was frustrated i was trying so hard to explain to him 5-7 is actually two hours, but he woulnt listen to my explaination. He just said thats what the computer saids. I ask him what do u mean by that, youre the one checking us in and youre the one controlling the computer. He had no common sense, couldnt justify the amount hes charging me, it was like talking to a robot. I guess if this is what government services do to us citizens and lying to us to our face 5am-7am is three hours, then i guess we have no choice but to pay up inorder to get our car back. And i agree with all below comments, service was very slow, i was the only one there 7am in the morning and i waited half hour for someone to take me to my car.

This place is a joke. They towed a car that was to be picked up by the kidney foundation. They write a letter saying the car was WORTHLESS and would be scrapped an such and such date. I went after that date to pay for it and they still had it in storage racking up fees. I pointed out that they said it would be destroyed on such and such date. They replied that they can keep it for up to 90 days longer and charge storage. Even when they said it was worthless!!!!! Impark at its finest. They are idiots.

The people here have no sense of urgency. They seem to intentionally waste your time. I cant tell if they enjoy ruining everyones day or if its simply part of the job description. I would almost rather climb the fence and break into my car than wait to be processed at this impound lot. Release me, for the love of all that is good in this world.

The counter staff do as best they can given the customers they have to deal with , my concern is with the rude security staff. I said "Good Morning" to one of them and the reply was " I dont have time for Good Morning " ... you know, it would have been less effort to just say good morning

This place is a joke. 7PM, 20 people in line. One person escorting drivers to the vehicle to get the documents if you happen to leave them in a car. Wait time is about 2h. One teller open. Terrible experience. Waste of time.

Does anybody like getting their vehicle from the impound lot...? No... Its not a fun situation to be in. This place unfortunately makes it even worse with their lack of organization and general rudeness.

Why would anyone want to go here?? Having said that i went before noon and it took me in all under an hour to get my vehicle back. It lacking in seating. I wonder how bad it would be at peek time??

Everyones least favorite place lol - HOWEVER, since the recent expansion, the overall experience is not nearly as bad as it use to be. If possible, try to avoid having your car towed..
