I had bought a car from a nearby dealership and I decided to go to Car Zone for financing. During this process, I was told by Bryan Oakley that I needed to purchase a Extended Warranty to be approved for a loan. This is a lie and this is fraudulent activity. I wasnt aware of this at the time, and I reluctantly agreed with the warranty. Also Bryan Oakley secretly added a hidden amount at the bottom of my receipt and didnt disclose it to me. On the back on the warranty receipt, it says I could submit a written cancellation notice within 10 business days to receive a full refund. So a few days later I did do this. I wait a month and I call my bank to see if the amount has been added against my loan. The bank confirmed that Car Zone has not done anything. So I phone the extended warranty company, and they told me they never received any money or any paperwork from Carzone. So I talk to a lawyer and he suggested I write a letter demanding the money back. The letter was delivered to Bryan Oakley. He phoned me 5 minutes later to tell me he was throwing the letter in the garbage. I had to file suit in small claims court for the amount of the warranty that I was sold. Eventually the bank had a risk department representative call me and let me explain that they were stealing my money through them. Within a few hours the bank told me they convinced Car Zone to write a cheque for the amount. I had a bad experience with this company, and I want to try to help others by letting them know my experience.

I was in pursuit of a QX56 and had to go from BC to Alberta in order to find one. I tried out 5 different QX56s in Calgary and realized that the best one for me was at Carzone. When I arrived there the vehicle was all detailed and ready for me to look at. I took it for a drive and based on my experience with Derek and Bryan I knew that this would be the best choice if I could get the right deal for it. Their approach with me was very low key and non-intimidating. Having spent 10 years in the auto business myself I appreciated Dereks straightforwardness and detail. I bought the vehicle and drove it back to BC. In order to insure it in BC, it had to pass provincial inspection. I took it to the local Infiniti dealership and they said that the vehicle is in excellent condition and that there were no issues of concern. The vehicle was as advertised by Carzone and I would not hesitate for a second to buy another vehicle from them. My experience was top notch all the way. Thanks guys!

Emailed Bryan a couple days before arrival and he had both the vehicles we had talked about pulled out front and freshly detailed. (nice change compared to the filthy vehicles at other dealerships) This gave us a chance to fully inspect the bodies of the vehicles for door dings, scratches, etc... Bryan was very knowledgable about the vehicles, and showed us cool tricks about both the vehicles before the test drive. Me, not knowing exactly what I wanted, asked for his opinion. He gave me his very truthful and honest opinions on both the cars and brands. This was greatly appreciated, and helped me narrow down my decision. Unfortunately I did not purchase either of the vehicles due to a very tight time frame for purchase. (went with a friends vehicle instead) However, the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, Car Zone will be the first place I look due to their quality inventory selection, as well as their down to earth staff.

Both my wife and I recently purchased vehicles through Car Zone - & these guys were amazing to deal with; professional and courteous. Bryan worked very hard to find us both exactly what we wanted, he definitely went above and beyond what was necessary or expected. If you are in the market for a new or different vehicle, I highly recommend speaking with the guys at Car Zone; they will do everything possible to find a vehicle that suits your needs, while ensuring you receive the best interest rates available. My interest rate was very high, but after financing a different vehicle, Bryan was able to cut my interest rate in half, in addition to giving me an excellent trade in value for my old vehicle. Yes, this place has nice cars. Service from sales staff was good however there was a lot of empty promises. Dealt with the manager (Brian) during the closing of my sale and was deceived. They promised a 3 to 5 year warranty and I only got 1 and that was a fight! During negitions I wanted a better price (obviously) and I only got was yeah, yeah, yeah...dont worry about it Ill take care of you. The car I bought had to have the tires replaced within a couple months! This is something that should have been brought to my attention. Especially when someone is selling you a car at almost full price! Point is get everything in writing or dont go there at all. They can not be trusted! Very Shady!

Horrible service. I was sold a warranty that was never discussed. When I sent a letter for refund Carzone never did anything with it. When I phoned them they just tried to push the sell again. Also they told me they would get the brakes fix before I picked up the car. When I did I found out they never fixed the brakes. Then I put a complaint through amvic and I was told they could choose were to get it fix. It ended up being at some places were they dont even give you a legit receipt ( I had to beg for it) at OK TIRE. Found out the brakes havent been changed either at that time. Really disappointed with this place do not trust anyone there, they are a scam!

As 53 year old male, I just had the best car buying experience of my life with the guys at Car Zone! Even though we were initially looking at another vehicle on the lot, Shah worked to find a vehicle to our liking. The staff then repaired whatever we thought needed adjustments or replacing and in a relaxed atmosphere fairly talked about price point. We bought the nicest car of our lives, for and unbelievable price! Small lots like this that get high quality used cars from dealers like Lexus etc are AWESOME! Thanks Guys fro the GREAT service!

What an awesome detailing by Dan. Friendly staff and awesome communication, decent rates ! They were so good on one vehicle that we end up getting a second vehicle done just days later. Wide array of quality cars, bought an S5, but easily could have chosen from a bunch of others I was interested in. Ive bought a lot of cars over the years, Pierre was one of the easiest salespeople to deal with bar none - no issues or concerns. Will be back when it is time for the next one...
