Brought my car in for Insurance work back in April. The work was done at Flint location and everything looks good. Now I need to replace my old head light as the new one is so much nicer. Only complaint is with the Detailing service. The person doing the detailing did not seem to care to much. Some door pockets were emptied, others totally missed. Carpet salt stains were missed as well. Everything was placed in garbage bags and thrown into the trunk, (including semi open bottles of water) Additionally, there is some missing items, like a coin purse from the centre console. It only had 3 dollars and 75 cents, still the disappearance was noted. As recommended, if you ever leave a vehicle at any shop, always remove any address documentation and garage door/keys, just in case. I guess the detailing person really didnt care about their work.

My car was damaged in a hail storm this past summer.The Calgary Heritage store was recommended to me by my Insurance company.All the staff there did a excellent job of taking care of the damage,hats off to them all.Especially Megan even though the Dealership that they dealt with supplied the wrong parts for the job?Megan stepped up and had the right parts flown in from the USA.Megan would not let me take the car back until it was fully detailed.When i picked up the car the car it looked brand new,good detailing, as well as Megan,s honesty,good team effort guys.Having been in automotive service for 34 years I can appreciate good service when I receive it.Keep up the good work?

Left smudges all over the inside of my car. Scratched my grab bar on rear hatch. Dents and paint missing underside of my hood. Sunroof reinstalled but not flush with top of the roof. Took in for 4k of damage returned with 3500 in damaged parts. I think it would be a good idea to take your vehicle elsewhere.
