About three years I had a major repair done on my car. The repair was a disaster, and I refused to accept it three times. Fast forward to a month ago and the repair was bubbling and rust was coming through. I made a complaint to my insurance company and they put me in contact with the manager Curtis Dry. Curtis agreed to warranty the work at no charge, he stripped the entire repair down to the metal and allowed me to see it before proceeding. The new repair was perfect the first time, down to the millimeter. However when I picked the car up, there was something wrong with my ignition - it was working fine when I dropped it off, but when I picked it up the key wouldnt fit properly. Curtis authorized the dealership to do an inspection and they determined that somehow the ignition had been damaged and would need to be replaced. Curtis authorized the replacement at a cost of over $1200. Mistakes happen. What matters is stepping up, taking responsibility and making it right, and that is what the manager Curtis Dry did for me today. 5 stars.

This location took 14 days to fix door scratches and it was over 3000 dollars charge to insurance. When came to pick my vehicle....diaster...work quality is lowest category... Rather fixing which was scratches on door this people ripped paints from roof rails and when I argued with the person who was dealing with me he called her manager and she was with attitude. Did not listen my words what their mechanic did on roof rail paints. She was so rude and told me that this kind of of paint comes off during work which is very common... I was shocked how this manaher can say such words to customer when the fault is from their mechanic work... After that she told me to pay if I want to fix those paint issue of roof... with discounted price... STAY AWAY FROM THIS Location of "Car star" ( fishcreek ) FOR ANY REPAIRING...THEY CAN DO ANY UNETHICAL THINGS TO MAKE MONEY. Zero Level and zero star I offer when it comes to customer service and repair work. God Bless them for such things they does with honest customer.

Service was good, the staff were civil. I had my bumper and windshield replaced at this location. My bumper does not sit properly on my vehicle after being talked into going with the more expensive mould that was supposed to exactly fit my car. I was talked into getting the supposed non-Chinese glass that would fair better when it came to chips and cracks, my windshield was hit with 2 rocks and is now cracked beyond my expectations, and more so than I have ever had. Also when picking up my car the back window was scratched in which they would take absolutely no responsibility for. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very poor service. My car was in for repair for 7 days (initially). they didnt call me to inform that it will take more days. When I called, they told me a few more days...even after taking longer time, they could not finish the job. hence, they give me car for weekend and asked to drop off again next week. They promised to pay for rental car but they didnt pay full amount for rental car. Also, told me it will be done in a day but it was not ready...took two days to put the 3M just on the hood...Terrible service.

I received excellent service from Carstar on a recent minor bumper repair. Everything went smoothly from the rental car coordination to the insurance claim correspondence. My car was repaired on time and the work was well done. When I dropped my car off my "check tire pressure" light had just come on. When I picked up my car I was thrilled to see that they had not only washed it but also filled the tires which cleared the warning message.

Ive used a variety of tools from these guys on three or four occasions. Of the three or four staff members I met, all were friendly and competent. They checked the equipment before sending it off with me and clearly explained how to use the power tools. Unlike "bad customer service," Id recommend these guys to anyone in south Calgary. -James Grahame

I drove my car to this and requested a quote to repair dent on my car. The mechanic said he will email me the quote. I havent heard anything from this place in the last three days. I went to a different place, and they provided me a quote immediately. If it takes them such long time to generate a quote, they deserve negative reviews on google.

I tried to book an appointment but the service rep (female) on the phone was short, rude and aggressive in her manner. She seemed annoyed with any questions whatsoever and just wanted to book me in as quickly as possible. The initial customer service was so poor, I didnt book the appointment.

5 star is not enough for them. They are very responsible and professional and they delivered the car 10 days earlier than expected date.Jessica(damage analyst) was very professional and each time i sent her an email, she replied to me after few hours.

I use this rental company often for landscaping equipment and building tools. The staff is always helpful. Rental equipment is well maintained and high quality. Reasonable rates. Highly recommended!
