This place is awful, my car has been in there shop for months and on four separate occasions they have returned it to me saying its good as new, each of these times the car broke down on the drive home, one of the times i even had to get the car towed back to their shop and they refuse to pay the towing fees. These people are dishonest and rude and dont care about there customers, the owner has lied to me several times about the state of my car. By giving handing me back a nonfunctional car several times, you endangered my life, and the lives of people on the road. I wouldnt mind this shops blatant disrespect for the customer if they could actually fix a car for the price they ask for. If you dont do a repair properly, and the car breaksdown on deerfoot on the way back from the shop, you should probably pay for the towing right? Cause it wouldnt have happened if you fixed the car properly one of the first 3 times i picked it up

I have been meaning to post this for a few months! I found a posting online for a remote starter and had a two way starter installed in September. I dealt with Moe over the phone and he booked a time for me to come in and quoted a price, both were completed as promised. It was such a great experience that I took my car back for a check up and to ensure it was good to go as I was expecting a little one on the way. Service is great, they found a few issues and were very honest in terms of things that needed to get completed right away for safety and a few minor issues we could hold off until the summer. Not sure about the other reviews of rudeness but the receptionist was very kind and we chatted to pass the time. They are a small family run business and I love that.

Worst customer service ever. The guy doesnt know how to treat his customers and its a very unprofessional place and tight. The guy doesnt care and disrespect customers and told me it would take 1 hour but ended up working on other cars and left me waiting for 4.5 hours. Also after installing the "remote starter" I started having issues with the car and he uses old "remote starter" dishonest , unprofessional , charged me more than they quoted me over the phone for the worst job ever. They dont care for the cars , left a mess and overcharge. They are thieves ! Would never go back there and wouldnt recommend anyone to go there at all cost. They are many businesses that will do a better job for a better price.

Not punctual with times and a rude customer service from the front desk lady. Went there to get my auto starter installed. Tech who installed it seemed knowledgeable and friendly. However, I had an appointment set for 12 pm which i called to confirmed twice. They took my car in at 130pm and assured me that it would be done well before 3pm. It wasnt done until 330 pm and i lost 1 hour at work. I mentioned it to the girl who runs cashier/front desk...she didnt even make eye contact or apologized...i just paid and left in hurry. Had to fix my stearing cover which was making contact and noise on my own because they rushed the job. I hope i dont have to return for problems

I just had my remote starter installed here and it was really worth it! At first I was hesistant because I just saw their ad at Kijiji and seems there are some reviews at google, and the thing is, there was a bad review. Nevertheless, I still tried their service and it was really worth the shot! Moe finished the job so fast. He also assured me to just call him if any problem arise. His father, Adel, was also nice to me. Even if Im a newcomer, they were really true to their service and transparent in charges. Next time Ill be back again for my wifes car, thats for sure! Ok dito kabayan! =)

I own a 2008 VW Rabbit, I had been taking it to the dealership until I was referred to budget auto. They understand how to handle European cars without hassle and are now my go to auto service provider. I also had them install a car starter, best price around for the package I received (2 way). They had me in and out within a couple of hours. I usually need weekend service and Budget Auto is always willing to fit me in. Great guys, fast service and even better prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I just had an AC Recharge last Saturday for only $100 plus gst and I must say they have a good service, the hissing sound issue before has gone. I recharge it last June at KalTire and they charge me for $290 but I get alot of issues after like hissing sound and until August my AC didnt blow any cold air but here they fixed it right, no more hissing issue and my AC is blowing cold as ice, so much for Kaltire. I will definitely come back here if I need repairs for my minivan.

I have been dealing with this family run garage for over ten years now. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The job is always done on time and at the price quoted. I drive, now older, dodge caravan and these guys almost always seem to have what I need on hand. I count on my vehicle for work and they are very prompt at getting my van done quickly.

I had command starts installed in 2015 GMC Terrain and 2008 Ford Diesel. Service was prompt and done on schedule. Both system work excellent. Cost was exactly as quoted. The tech diagnosed an issue created by the previously installed command start on the Ford (broken harness clip) and with some creativety repaired the problem at no extra cost.

Got my AC recharged for a flat $100. Only had to wait 15 minutes for service even though it was a sat. Recommended for AC recharge at least. Cant speak about anything else.
