British Auto Specialist has maintained the Land Rovers I have owned including my LR3, LR4, and Discovery 2. If you would like to have a positive Land Rover ownership experience I highly recommend British Auto. In addition to maintaining my modern British Iron, over the years British Auto has repainted my MGB V8, and maintained our Mercedes Benz ML430, GL450 and E55 AMG, and taken care of my families Mercedes CL500, Jaguar Super 8, and Audi A6 (engine swap). British Auto is very accommodating, and have helped many people I know, recently one of my co workers had an issue starting a vehicle, British Auto was able to diagnose the issue and repair on the same day with out an appointment. Pat, Jay, Kirk and entire British Auto Specialist team are outstanding people, and are very passionate about what they do. Been taking various vehicles here for 7 years. Have had only good experiences. Pat at front desk is VERY accommodating and pleasant. Kirk the chief mechanic really knows his stuff and is always thorough and often takes me into the shop to show me the issue(s). Prices are very fair especially compared to dealerships and my experiences with other shops. I have watched numerous customers come and go here as Ive waited for my vehicles and everyone is treated with respect and professionalism One time I had a follow up issue and Kirk was prompt to get the vehicle back and resolve the situation (which was not their doing) Totally trust and highly recommend British Auto.

The entire team at British Auto is "simply the best". From Pats pleasant welcome at the front desk to Kirk and the guys in the shop, you can expect a high service standard. Required service is fully explained, together with an accurate estimate of costs. Nothing associated with owning a British luxury car is cheap, but the prices here are fair - and I trust these guys to stand behind their work. Theres a reason why their "word of mouth" advertising from fellow Jaguar owners is so positive. They know their stuff. I couldnt keep my aging Jaguar on the road without them, and would never take it anywhere else.

When I took my Range Rover for diagnostics, they didnt have the job done by the promised time and I was on a tight schedule. The receptionist (I think a family member of the owner) and the mechanic started to act up when I raised the concern about everyones time being valuable. Receptionist has no respect for anyone (even her own employees) and the mechanic came out to yell at me when I was driving away. Both were taught a lesson to respect others that day but "a dogs tail can never be straightened". Just take your car to someone else.

I have had two Land Rovers through this shop multiple times. Have had excellent service / repairs every time. Great teamwork at this place. I enjoy going back to British Auto for service work and guidance on repairs. Highly recommend this shop for a one stop service center. My experience with British Auto is like the first reviewers experience. I would classify my dealing with BA in the following way. They were caulis, deceitful and incompetent. The work itself seems ok, but I definitely will not return to this shop for they are definitely not trustworthy in the cost or what work has to be done. Also watch out for scheduling for I am not sure they actually know what this means.
