Terrible Customer service from Sales and Service. Walked into the dealer 3 times during the summer no one once asked to help me. Maybe they figured a young guy didnt have any money not sure. Bought a new 2017 sled off them becuase they were the only ones with the model I wanted. After being told the sled was ready for pick up and drive an hour to the dealer it was still sitting in the box not built. on my 3rd attempt it was ready. Paid in full and took it home. Once home found many loose bolts and adjusted suspension properly. (not sure why i had pay 700 dollars for a pdi when my dog could put it together better). After my first ride I notice my A arm bushings were already loose. Brought it in to have them replaced and they refused to repalced them untill BRP gave them all clear to change 3 dollar bushings beucase they didnt want to have to cover the cost incase they refused it. they also charged me 100 dollars to look at. The salesman never returned my calls they got there money and wanted nothing to do with resolving the problems of my brand new sled. I suggest they get a hair cut and clean up there look as they look like they crawled out of the bottle. Swtiched Dealers to Bow South and they took the sled in and resolved all my issues that same day. Very happy with Bow South they really went out of there way to help. I well be sure to refer all my riding friends to Bow South and to never deal with Bow ridge again.

Last week we purchased a pair of SeaDoos from Bow Ridge and wanted to say thanks for the great service! This place has been an incredible place to deal with, everything from searching Alberta for a particular model for us, to getting the units set up and out the door in record time, the service has been TOP NOTCH. Byron has ran a great business for years and has always been fantastic to deal with. Jason, his right hand guy in service, was awesome in helping us with any questions we had right down to applying for licenses. We are super glad we chose Bow Ridge for our Sea Doos, thanks Guys!!

Bought a new boat in 2008 from these guys. Upgraded the stereo system, supplied and installed by Bow Ridge. Never did work properly after that and after several attempts by these guys to fix it I took to another dealer for a second opinion. They said it looked like the new stereo had been put in by a three year old with poor eye hand coordination. They fixed it and I havent had a problem since.

Great shop Byron has. Jason is service and his tecs are exceptional and Brian and Steve in parts are great. This is a one stop shop for all your watercraft, sleds, quads and bikes. I have recommended them to many of my friends with no regrets as they were always treated great. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for recreation toys as you will be treated # 1 by Byron and his staff.

Customer service is sub-par. Ordered some parts for my Husky Dirtbike 5 months ago and after leaving messages, I cant even get so much as a return call from Bow Ridge. The only department that will answer phone calls is their sales department. They will gladly sell you an expensive toy, but when it comes time to service or repair said toy, they couldnt care less. Go somewhere else.

I spent $600.00 for a service job,took Seadoo to BC for holidays,fired it up,then had to tow it to a Marina to have it fixed.Never ran properly from get go. Apparently it was running great at BRS !!!!!!!!! They only want your money not your loyalty and forget about getting a return E-mail

Took my 2013 Maverick in for Warranty work (it was originally built and bought from Pines in P.A. Sk) They didnt hesitate to do the warranty work even though it was from a different shop. The service manager Jason is a good guy

I bought my SeaDoo here and have always had it serviced here. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This is not a superstore that treats you like a dollar sign. I got the right machine for me and I felt I was treated fairly.

Bought a Skidoo from here, love it! Great customer service and a great product! Highly recommended! Lucas was amazing, dont bother shopping or servicing in Calgary, make the drive to Cochrane, its worth it!
