I bought a car here a couple of months ago. While Jim is very friendly and helpful, he is not immune to the pressure of trying to sell the cars as fast as possible. For example, the car was on the lot for 3 months (as indicated on the already-expired inspection) but apparently another seller called asking about the car just as I was test driving it. Coincidence? Every issue I noticed with the car had the cheapest possible explanation. Dead battery? Thats clearly the battery, and he had it replaced. Flat tire? Just needs air. (No. The tire had a nail so I had to pay for repairs.) VSA light on? Likely caused by weak battery. (No. VSA modulator broken = $500 diagnosis + $1500 repair.) Panel holding jack broken? Well order a new one. (4 months later, still no call regarding panel.)

He made sure our new HUMMER was in tip top shape before delivery and made us feel at home in every way.He was articulate , professional,patient and calm when dealing with us. What a great experience!!! I just bought a 2008 Mazda 3 from Jim at Bonnybrook Auto and I couldnt be happier!!! Jim was very kind and professional. He made sure we had the car that would meet our needs at a price we could afford!!! When we discovered a headlight out, he and his staff (Tina and Kevin) made sure it was fixed at no cost to us!!! The guys at bonnybrook are nothing but helpful and I always feel they put my best interest first. I recommend them to my family and friends and non have been disappointed. Even on the rare occasion where they do not have the vehicle my friends/family or I want, they are quick to find me the vehicle in the best condition and best price available in a very short time. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Please be aware that taking a vehicle for an inspection at another dealership is of course going to create a long list of repairs on any used vehicle as they would prefer to sell you a car themselves. As for your accusation of lying by our sales team they can only go by the mechanical inspection as they do not do it themselves. We went as far as having a second opinion on our vehicle and it came out the same. In our opinion your inspection was bias . Lastly I would like to note that we are AMVIC licensed and in good standing. Jim B

I have been using Bonnybrook auto for years, Jim as my salesman and the mechanic in the back. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I find Jim probably one of the most honest salesman I have ever had and when I take my vehicles in for service I always trust that what is fixed is what is needed and no more. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and no one has ever had a problem at all. I recommend anyone to buy and repair their vehicles with them. Also, when buying a vehicle from Bonnybrook you get one year warranty with any vehicle you buy.

I bought a Volvo from Bonnybrook last week...over the phone. The car was as represented, everybody at the dealership was very helpful. It was a long distance transaction and there was a lot of interest, Jim held the car for me with a deposit until I could make it into town. They took the car to valentine Volvo for me so I could have it inspected and even gave me a ride back to the airport. Very impressed with this used car dealer. Above and beyond customer service. Sold me 2004 Hyundai Elantra. Bent a arm, no brakes, previous accident cover up, list goes on. Would only cover 400 out of the 2000$ repair bill just to get it certified. I refused his money, I wanted him to take the car back. Got into heated argument and was treated like garbage, I was called really rude names I cant say here. DO NOT bring your business here. In my opinion your lives are in danger driving anything you buy here.

over the years i have bought over a dozen vehicles from this outfit. I have yet to have a bad experience or a lack of service. every one i have bought was in good condition and performed to my expectations. I have tried actions with terrible results and will buy the rest of the cars I need from bonnybrook. I have 5 children and all their cars have come from there. If there is someone better I havent found them.

I normally use a different shop but this one time I broke down near Centre Street church and they were the closest dealer. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me and the speed in which they did it. Ill keep my loyalty to my regular shop in my neighbourhood but I had to give a shout-out where it is due.
