We are without words about Bonavista Truck and Auto. If there is one HONEST repair shop in Calgary this is the one! After going to countless shops in hopes of finding one that would be able to tell us what is wrong with our motorhome we finally were referred to Bonavista. Their knowledge and expertise is unreal. They spend the time to really tell you whats wrong with your vehicle. Initially we were told we needed about $1000 repair. Then as the menchaincs went it to start the job they realized that it wasnt that but something completely different and no one would have know unless they opened up the engine and thats exactly what they did and every other shop changed a bunch of parts and still couldnt fix the problem. After they did further digging and took pictures!!! It was something minor and paid a fraction of what we were quoted. They could have changed the initial part but we would be none the wiser. Words cannot express the honesty, integrity and professionalism of Chuck and his team. They took the time to educate us and explain everything in great detail. We will never go to another shop ever. Great work Bonavista!!!!

They got my car in for service very quickly and managed to fix everything for less than half of what the dealership mechanic quoted me. My car runs great now and Ive got money to spare. The staff were very kind and helpful and explained the problem with my car to me instead of just giving me a laundry list of things to pay for.

Had a vehicle in for some work and the results were questionable at best. After the vehicle was returned to me some problems were fixed, some were not (even though they invoiced me for them) , and some new ones appeared. I will not be taking my vehicle back to Bonavista.
