Drove across the city for a coin car wash and waited for 20 minutes to get in. Once in, I saw there was a vacuum option so I cleaned my van out in preparation to vacuum it out. Shortly after some guy showed up and said I couldnt "detail" my car while there were other people waiting. He said there was a vacuum outside that worked better. So after I washed my car I dutifully went outside to vacuum my car but it only had a $2 as a minimum which I didnt have. So in summary I drove across town to be rudely told not to clean out my car before vacuuming, only to find out that had I been able to finish quickly "detailing" (clearing the floor) I would have been able to vacuum my car (because it was only 1 dollar more that I had). Can you say BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!? NEVER AGAIN!

Biggest rip off of any car wash Ive used; use warm to cold water; wash/rinse etc buttons not responsive... - Only gives you 45 secs per $1, cost me $15 to do what usually takes $8 in coins at a good car wash - wash/rinse etc selector buttons take about 5 seconds of that 45 to respond. -on top of all that, they use only warm at best water for wash mode and cold water for rinse. Most good car washes use hot all the way through. *Save yourself money and grief and go somewhere else. I recommend the Centex self-serve wash bays on Centre St. & 23 Ave N.

At big bucks car wash it was over $20 to wash my truck without using the foam brush or wax(its still dirty). What a bargain. When I asked if it was spraying liquid gold as opposed to water, employee says "i didnt get your truck muddy" I replied "no, but you did charge an obscene amount of money for a low pressure luke warm pressure wash." They also now have a digital system that starts counting your time as you attempt to figure out how to use it and which costly mode you would like to choose. Next time im going to just get a new paint job.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Expensive. Vacuums dont work and when they do they suck like my ex girlfriend. Tried to wash my ATV and got screamed at (yes, screamed) by female staff who insisted I clean up my mess or she wasnt going to let me leave, jumped in front of my car!! Another time jerk attendant freaked out I left the vacuum hose on the floor, called me every name in the book. Dont go here. Its about half as much and no dick attendants at the Esso on 37th and 17th or one of the many other car washes around.

I ALWAYS come here for the vacuum and drive through car wash, the vacuum works better than any vacuum Ive ever used! Normally the drive through car wash is great too, however Ive noticed lately theyre slipping a bit in quality. In the most expensive option, you used to get tri-coloured soap that you could smell, now its super diluted, and it didnt even clean my car... had to go through a different wash to clean even the easiest of dirt off. I hope their quality will go back to what it was, this was my favourite car wash

The wands in the car wash cannot properly clean wheel wells; however, they have an attachment that is cumbersome to use, that will do the job. The water pressure was on the low side so it took longer to wash the vehicle. The cost to wash my truck was higher than I expected ($10). I liked the Spyhill Truck & Car Wash better. They have the flexible wands and the wash took $4.

4 Dollar Car Wash! Step 1: insert 2 dollars and select "soap". Quickly rinse car. Step 2: select "foaming brush". Build a cache of suds on the hood of the car. Once the time runs out, use the cache of suds to finish cleaning your vehicle. Step 3: insert two dollars, which buys enough time to rince and spot free rince your vehicle. 4 DOLLARS TOTAL!

Bring lots of money to wash your vehicle. Clean, decent service, well maintained... but I cannot get around 1 side of my car before I need to plug in another $2. Why do I want to pay $12-$14 to wand wash my car? I dont... so I no longer go to Big Bucket. If you live in the far Northwest part of Calgary, try the little known car wash in Hawkwood.

Good location, and well maintained. Its not uncommon to see the staff washing out the bays between customers. Wash equipment is well maintained. I also like that they have compressed air to blow out hard to dry places such as door handles and side mirrors. I like that I get gift cards for them now and then too! Helps keep my vehicles clean!

Horrible car wash!! Dont waste your money!! Went to wash the bugs off my truck. Cost me $16.00 and my truck is still dirty!! They use cold water so nothing would come off. If I could score them a negative I would. This wash cost me triple what I usually pay for a good wand wash!

I think this is the best car wash in the area! What I loved about it are the jets that shoot up from the floor to rinse the underside of your car when you enter - I have never seen that in Calgary! Owned by a local guy, go here to support your community.

I like the drive-through car wash but the thing Im particularly happy about is that I called today to try and track a missing credit card and the man I spoke to checked everywhere for it, He went to a lot of trouble and he didnt have to.

Tried my luck there again this past Sunday.... wont do it again. Usually I drive all the way to the Big Bucket in the SE to wash my truck. The NW site needs to be upgraded. Old, antiquated equipment confusing to use - and EXPENSIVE!

Dispute the stickers on the wash terminals they in fact do take American Express, visa, and MasterCard. Also it will show up as a $30 good on your statement this is normal they will refund you the rest within two weeks.

Great place, I like the indoor system. Too bad my credit card got duplicated somehow and I got a bunch of new charges at this same place when I wasnt in the city, I will stick to coins only at this place.

Love this place. Well run and reasonable price for washes. I like the way cars line up here. One line for everyone, so you dont have to try to guess which perps will be done first. Clean and well run too.

A great and convenient self wash place, which has a machine was section (which Ive never been to before). I always seem to spend in the way of $13 on the cash card, which is in my mind a bit expensive.
