CON ARTISTS Originally I thought I got good service and a decent deal. The sale was what it was. When it was time to get my vehicle, they said oops, we forgot to do the safety, we found the back brakes need work, well do it and drop it off. I thought that this was a good thing. It wasnt. In less than 1 year, and less than 18,000 km I have had to have my entire braking system overhauled. The Toyota dealership (AKA the people who built my vehicle) said that the damaged caused was near impossible based on the condition it was inspected in. Several rotors were completely gone, I was missing pieces.... I mean, really bad. Did I mention these were my BRAKES, you know, one of the vital systems to not dying on the road. Almost $3,000 in repairs later, I am now left dealing with Best Buy and they dont want to help. I didnt let them make the repairs so they wont deal. I didnt trust them to make the repairs after last time and as Im towing my family and all of our belongings in that vehicle across country, I couldnt hope or pray. They refuse to make amends for what they have done and are completely unapologetic. Do yourself a favor, avoid them at all cost.

I have never had worse experience buying a car than I did here! I was told my car would be ready on Wednesday. I didnt get it until Saturday, after I called several IKEA to inquire about it. I was told it would be detailed. It looked like it had been out on a dirt track and the inside was filthy! They explained that they "did the best they could" but I have to say.. Their "best" was horrendous! My car was supposed to be polished, as it said in the contract, it wasnt. The DVD players in the head rests, that they insisted added $2000 to the car, dont work! The wiring underneath the seats isnt even attached! They assured me they would fill the tank, but when I picked it up, the tank was nearly empty! The amount of lies and excuses I received from the sales people here were ridiculous! I have always liked going to the smaller businesses for my car purchases, but this company isnt worth wasting your time with! Liars and scammers and just an absolutely horrific experience. Buying a car is supposed to be a fun and happy occasion. By the end of my dealings with Best Buy Auto I was ready to walk away from the car. Dont waste your time with these guys!

I saw the truck in there lot 3 weeks ago, i talk to the sales man A after test drive we talk to the price, after talking to main person R i pay cash for the truck, and i got nailed ready bad after 8 days truck is not running and theyre not accepting truck back, im there with a broken track, and now they seeing im suffering about it, they came up with a idia , they sold me a truck as a private sale, !!!! Unit was in the lot, we sign at your office, i pay cash now its a time for help, you saying you sold it, as a private sale.???!!! People BE REALLY CARFUL ABUT THEME . FOR ME THEY ARE DONE. I DONT RECOMEND THEM , EVEN TO My ENEMIES.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, FOR 2 TIME.

I just bought a Hyundai from here. The customer service is impeccable. This isnt my first car so I know what Im saying. The manager put me through the paces. And he made shopping for cars an enjoyable experience. I truly got everything I wanted from Best Buy Auto. After-Sales service was also incredibly above top notch. Extremely Delighted to have done business with Best Buy Auto financing!! I therefore highly recommend this place to everyone!

I wish I couldnt even give this place one star. Worst place to buy a used car! Not sure where all these other reviews came from... Scummy sales men. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Car has been nothing but a problem since I got it. Theyll say there is a 90 day warranty but then they will pretend like they dont remember when you bring it up. Also, they didnt bother to put gas in my car, gas light came on half way home.

This is the 2nd and 3rd vehicle I have bought from Roger, Chris, and the team at Best Buy Auto. I have always been treated well by them, and been happy with my vehicles. These gentlemen will earn your business unlike the other rip off large dealers in town. I am 100% sure that when I am ready to buy another vehicle, it will again be through these guys! I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good vehicle!

Had put a deposit on an audi with one of their rookie sales agents. I assumed putting this deposit would of held this for me. I had no respose for 2 days. On the 3rd day, the owner phoned me to tell me they sold my vehicle, while holding my depsoit. The owner roger would not respect or satisfy my hold. Did nothing to rectify their mistake.. warning, do NOT trust thier hold policy.

Roger did an excellent job of taking care of me when I came in looking for a car. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted and gave him my budget which I thought would be too low to work with! To my surprise he had me approved in under an hour and I was on the lot choosing the car I wanted! I highly recommend this place!
